all ny's incoming picks are HEAVILY protected, so I wonder if they'd part with one.

if they gave me the option, though, i think i'd take reddish over the pick. i'd ask for both, obviously.

Bogdan has 31 tonight against Brooklyn. Barnes (other suggestion) still ballin isn't going anywhere. Rozier looks to be out of his shooting slump.

There's players that could help us. I'm just hoping a GM is willing to play ball while we try to get back over .500 by middle of January or so.

    We need somethin...

    What about a marginal move?

Kendrich Williams from OKC? He's making $2 million this season. Small forward. Gives us a little more size.

Swapping out Ross for Beverley works, too.

Ross is essentially out of the rotation in Orlando.

Unless you just want to target Rozier? Charlotte isn't going anywhere. Essentially, Rozier would probably start here; we could use his shooting.

Still need another wing besides Brown, IMO. Just throwing stuff at the wall.

i've wanted williams for the past couple years, but okc seems to like him. don't think we have anything offer them there, and it's not like he's out of the rotation.

i'm only interested in ross if he comes with bamba attached. bev/nunn/jones/2 2nds for ross/bamba could work if bamba's agent pushes from that end, imo. bol bol seems to be eating into bamba's minutes there.

still think ny is an interesting scenario because thibs is the only coach in the league besides ham who might view beverley as a useful addition.

I like most of these ideas. We need to make at least one move to try and save this season before it slips away. 10 and 15 is an atrocious record and I personally don’t see us playing .600 - .650 ball from here on out as some more optimistic folks do as currently constructed.

i think it's a bit optimistic. but we can pull it off for a period of 20 games, i think. in order to play that way for longer, we need different personnel. my hope is that we can win enough to keep our options open up to the deadline. obviously, i'd prefer a move sooner than that, but it takes two to tango.

Idk...moving Westbrook for a high volume shooter is a dicey idea IMO. This shifts more playmaking duties back to Lebron. This means that Lebron is in control of the ball more, which means that he's going to keep getting up his 20 or more FGA. This new shooter better be efficient, because his FGA are going down. Turner remains the best move for me, he brings a big impact on D, rebounding, and he doesn't require a lot of shots in order to be effective.

I don’t think most are talking about moving Russ for a shooter, rather Bev/Nunn maybe Jones.

We won a chip with Lebron (19) and AD (18) taking most of the shots. Kuz was next in line with 11. Every one else on the team was in single digits.

Lebron and AD shot a lot better back then.

We can't get Rozier and Oubre for that..they make a combined salary of over 34 mil. Fournier and Reddish are in the ballpark at 23 million.

I’d love to add Turner but I think the Indy deal sailed this summer. Even if the possibility exists it will definitely cost us a first for him. I might do that deal though. But not sure it’s out there.

I think if he was going to stay in Indiana he would have agreed to a new deal by now. If someone is giving up a FRP for him, 1. It has to be somewhere he wants to play. 2. It also has to be a contract situation that he wants. It will be interesting to see which teams out there, that really want Myles and that fit that criteria.

turner won't agree to a new deal because his raises are limited on an extension. his new salary would be capped at like 22 or something in the first year, and i'm certain he's eyeing 25+ per on a long-term deal.

feel like something around turner and anunoby is destined to occur.

Yeah AD’s numbers are much better as he’s taking shots closer to the basket but his midrange and threes are not at the same level as bubble AD. He’s playing to his current strengths. But there is plenty of room for a real volume outside shooter on the team and I think we need one. Especially if all it costs is Bev/Nunn/Jones. That’s what I’m hoping for soon.
