Still looking forward to #18. No pumping the brakes here. I'm staying on the train early instead of getting on late and trying pretend I knew it all the time. Ham figures out how to use Austin and Lonnie right we are a tough out. If we come up with a trade of some kind even better.

Tough road trip isn’t looking so tough now.

AD is making his case for best player in the league.

Team is engaged and playing hard. Love to see it.

It’s still a tough road trip we got Cavs and Raptors back to back. If we can pick up one on the back to back and pick up another against one of 76ers or Detroit that would be 4-2.

I’ve been saying I expect us to win 60-65% for the rest of the season. And this road trip would be that.

That’s my thought. We come out of this 4-2 or even 3-3 and it’s a successful trip in my opinion. Beating the Bucks really helped and I think it gave the team a lot of confidence.

it won’t be a cake walk or anything but I do think we can pull off two more wins.

Absolutely. This team is playing with fire and I think they want to strike while the irons hot right now. They’re probably saying let’s go 6-0 on this trip and get above .500.

    Are we actually getting Good..?
We're obviously better when we play through AD... Trying not to get too optimistic.

a 4-2 road trip would be amazing considering where we were sitting last week.

Have to credit the staff for keeping spirits high after the rough start.

That start had a worse result than we deserved.

We were defending shots at the rim and threes the top 3 in the league at the time but the difficulty of shots we were forcing wasn’t creating the expected result for opposition PPG. On top of that we were shooting a historically bad outlier number that had to revert back to the mean just based on our team shooting significantly below their career averages.

To be fair we should have probably picked up 4 extra wins in our first 12 games just based on the law of averages - shooting average from 3 and our high defence leading to the expected FG% for opponents.

A 6-6 start is far better than a 2-10 and that’s how I saw the team. Going 8-2 since then (should have been 9-1) isn’t entirely surprising with the ease of schedule. I see us as a 60-65% win team. That’s about 48-52 wins.

Get these next two and we should be good going 4-2.

Think after Detroit we got Boston who's currently up huge over Phoenix.

Have to dig through our schedule more to kind of see where we will land by EOM.

my best guess would have us just under .500 to start january.

i imagine we lose at philly, so we need to get a win in detroit, who hasn't been as bad lately.

Unless you’ve got mediocre players at the top of the lineup. ;)

Thanks for ruining my point LT. Maybe next time you can wait behind a door while I'm walking by and stick your leg out as I'm about to go down a flight of stairs.
