Pat Bev isn't terrible to me. But is he any better than Avery Bradley? So far I don't think so.

we weren't getting anunoby for that package. ujiri ain't about that life. in fact--i'm glad we haven't dealt with him because i'd worry it'd be a loss.

i actually think he's worse. at least avery stayed in his lane. bevs was trying to freelance off the dribble for the first several games of the season. to disastrous effect.

No, not really. And I wasn't Avery's biggest fan.

He’s a helluva lot worse than Avery Bradley. Last time I checked he and Avery were the same height which seems to be one of the big beefs against AB. I’d say AB and Bevs were both trying on D, but BevMo looks pretty washed which makes sense at 34 v AB at 31. Offensively it’s not even close. Bradley shot 39% from three and low 40s% from 2. Have you seen BevMo’s stats? 28% from 2, 22% from three. And yet somehow AB was everyone’s scapegoat here last year.

Nunn and Bryant for Caruso …. who says no?

Replace Bryant with Huff. Re-sign Reaves and Walker maybe Brown too in off season.

I don't know man, after tonight's game, we might have to think about that trade. Bryant is looking good and two games in a row of double digit points for Nunn.

Which is why maybe Chicago would entertain it and we could run Alex and Austin together going forward with a couple other great pieces around our stars or around AD after LeBron is done. But yeah Bryant is looking nice out there with his size and speed and skills even without shooting 3s yet.

I’m not so sure, both Gary Trent Jr and Scottie Barnes looked better at SF last season and Boucher, Siakam and Precious all play the PF spot.

THT was a development player and extra ball handler they were looking for. And I think people underrate how good our picks are. Both Lebron and AD will be gone by 27’. That’s a top 10 pick unprotected.

Now it’s too late I think unless KD falls out of the nets - but they’re rounding into form as well. Simmons is starting to look like his old self.

Yeah. Bryant has looked good. I think we should keep him around honestly and I'm a big Caruso fan.

Mitch might be ready to deal soon. Miami and Chicago have sputtered out of the gates as well.

Multiple teams will probably be ready to make some moves after December 15th.

Chicago isn't going to improve and Ball isn't going to save them.

Miami may be closer to wanting to retool than we think.

We're 5-10, but there is some glaring holes.

Yeah. I've always felt like we could compete but needed some more guys. I think we finally caught a break with the schedule softening a bit. I also think there is still the opportunity to make a good deal that gets us comfortably in the playoff hunt.

AD is bringing it. We can build around him.

I'm more skeptical. I need to see it against better teams.

And nothing has caused me to change my position, yet.

I feel like he's played well overall this season despite the early back issues. I think he can produce against the better teams but we still need to improve the roster to actually win those games.

It isn't a matter of him producing. It's getting that type of production translating to wins against better teams as currently constructed.

    We shall see...

Well, I honestly don't think we can win against the better teams as currently constructed. At least not consistently.

Find a damn way to bring the Eagle back and pair him up with Reaves for two high IQ, outstanding, “winning plays making” cornerstone players going forward for the Lakers. The power of those two on the court together would rival the intangibles and performance of prime Draymond Green. Cheap and so much better compared to chasing a damn 3rd star again to surround with vet mins and roster churn every year.

If there was ever a year to tank, it's this one. 10-15 NBA teams should just gamble on Wemby, trade opportunities might come our way ;)
