    it's hard to be worse than .200 for a full season, so things basically have to improve. like AD and lebron could miss the rest of the year, and we shouldn't win at an even lower rate. teams trying their hardest to lose can't lose more than this.

    Cmon man, let people have their optimism. I’m not sharing it, but you have to keep SOME hope, that’s what this thread is for. I’ve asked people to stop being optimistic in the WMC thread because that’s my current home and I want to wallow in it :D, so you’re not supposed to crap on the team in here either. Ok, uh, let’s see, optimism… um.. sorry I’m trying.. Well, ok, let’s see, I believe if Laker fans stop going to games the FO will get the message, stop supporting them with money and they’ll feel it. We can whine all we want but if we pay them they don’t care and will continue to lie to us about caring about winning and putting an inferior product out there, so I’m optimistic if we stop giving them a free pass they’ll wake up.

    Thanks, I try. It literally took me 10 mins to come up with something even optimism adjacent. I was actually sitting there going “um..hmm..uh…”, I wasn’t just typing it for effect.

    I'm not optimism.

    My optimism comes from s****** on others optimism.

    But I'll refrain. Could be worse: I could be one of those that want to wait 20 games, want to sign Russ to a multi-year deal, or keep saying top 3 in the West.

    All I want for Christmas is new owners, please.
