wanted charlotte deals all summer, but i'm not sure it makes sense for them right now. maybe we can get hayward to quietly ask out, though? they've opened the season looking better than expected, and hayward is playing well. it would be quite unpopular with the fans for them to trade for russ right now.

Walker is a pleasant surprise and playing better than I expected, but this is who we needed...

He's only 6-4 too, but can play all the way up to PF successfully

It's early. But yeah, Brown and KCP are a solid get.

With respect to Lonnie, he just needs to be consistent, and he'll be fine.

Was looking at Moe Harkless physical profile: nearly 6'8" with a 7'2" inch wingspan. Cut from two teams, another guy from the scrap heap who can't shoot.

Wondering if he's worth replacing Ryan. I'm not getting rid of Gabriel if I'm Rob...

brown and kcp were bad in their 20 point loss to utah. it's very early.

    also, we had kcp, too!

Brown doesn't make sense in our team. You can't say we don't have big wings and then want Brown lol

I think Lonnie has looked good.

I don’t think I’d cut Ryan or Gabriel for Harkless.

yeah, i don't get it. i'd have gladly taken him, too, but considering the list of complaints on this forum, this is hardly the post-hoc target i was expecting.

and he shot 40% from three last year only, on one attempt per game. he shot 26, 34, and 29% the three years prior. he's technically smaller than walker, too.

I'm on the fence with Ryan.

He can't defend. And unless he's shooting 40%, I don't know if he's worth giving a roster spot to.

Would I rather just take a shot in Harkless who I think can still defend at a decent level for spurts and I might to possibly hide on offense in limited mins?

I'd think I'd take a shot on Moe. I mean it's really for like the 13-14th spot once Brown comes back.

i'd cut ryan for the empty roster spot, tbh. gabriel somehow and sadly outplayed our two offseason center signings, so i don't think we can just cut him at this point.

i think people want harkless from 5 years ago.

i'd take stan over either, by a wide margin.

I don’t love Ryan but we’ve got no one who can hit the broad side of a barn right now. He can go but I just don’t think I’d drop him for Harkless.

Definitely wish we would’ve just kept Stan.

When is Brown coming back? That's the real freaking issue.

He shot above league average from there last season and I'd rather see him on the floor than Ryan.

I have no idea and it’s definitely a concern. We need him.

If he can shoot above league average I'd cut Ryan, and I'd do what @abeer3 is suggesting and leave that spot open.
