You wanna see crazy Lebron had Rob sign off for Westbrook after most fans could see he was done as an ubberathletic star. Then Lebron complains about our front office.

I can see a lot of the mental health assessments going a bit like this classic scene.....

    meaningful game, yes

But apparently being a good leader and locker room presence can make you millions if you stick around long enough. Pretty rare to see something like this. Hats off to him.

Does it really count if you don’t play in more than a handful of games for the final five seasons???

If you are one of 3 to ever do it? Yes. But he will never be mistaken to be in the same club as Kobe and Dirk.

Such a unique case. That list is filled with top level talent, injured talent, bad contract talent, but he's literally the ONLY one the team keeps wanting back knowing that he won't play, and wants to keep paying him.

    It's a pretty big compliment.

I actually think its cool when teams show loyalty to guys like that. Especially if they can find ways to do it without hurting the team overall.

yeah, though i think it was also sort of an illegal under-the-table type agreement. but it takes trust for that, so give riley credit that he can build that. feel like that's what rob and company were trying to do with kcp in building the relationship with klutch.

would memphis give up jackson? he was finally getting it last year, but he's pretty injury prone. i think he's as interesting a centerpiece as jaylen brown, tbh. i'm not sure durant fits memphis's team persona...

yeah, i won't believe they're a happy family until there's a signed extension, but i can see how the nets might believe they're better off just rolling with him for the year.

i've been good trying to work on the indy framework or something with utah the whole time, anyway.

Right. I don't see Durant being a good fit in Memphis but maybe they will take a chance.

With Kyrie, I've been hoping we really do have some other options lined up and that hasn't changed. I also don't buy that he and the Nets are in a good space but I can see them wanting to give it a go with him and whatever they can get for Durant.
