Kobe and Magic were two few players who made you run home to watch a January game against the Raptors. Because you never knew if they would drop a 20-20-10 game or 81. Oprah was talking about her man Stedman and how anytime Tom Brady was playing, he would move everyone out the way to find the TV. Some players transcend conventional habits. Those the true greats. Very few of those now and before. Very few.
I agree with your sentiment, and I would like to add that I have never ever moved my schedule around to watch a LeBron game. he’s not that guy
Winningtime looking for actors to play Kupchak, Scott and Worthey. I think they should give a John Malcavic consideration for the Kuochak role.
That would be brilliant casting for Mitch, I can completely picture it, absolute deadpan delivery, creepy awkward smile.
They're looking for younger versions for these roles though.. Malcvavich would be amazing, but not for a 1981 Mitch Kupchak.
Winning Time is more accurate than most will admit. I saw the Hulu special, not a damn thing different so far. Regurgitated with the real people, that's it.
Awesome. Will be nice to have Sunday night HBO premieres back, The Idol is one of the worst "prestige" TV shows I've ever seen. I figured Season 2 would only get through the 1982 season, but if they're cast Scott/Worthy maybe they're going to really accelerate to get to the C Bags' stuff.
Oh Wow!! I thought that was going to be just a one off. How’s that Jerry West defamation lawsuit working out BTW …. anyone heard? The one he was going to take all the way to a Supreme Court if necessary.
west is just a bitter old man these days. guarantee that's the main reason he took the clippers job. he probably hated how he was portrayed in the series because it's true
