Don't you think that's a little harsh? I'm sure it was accidental tampering. It almost always is unless it's us.

Me neither. What’s the point of having all of this Cap Space if nobody great is available??? Having mid level, tradeable players that many other teams would want is more valuable.

Total smokescreen. Either that or the Lakers could try to get a first round pick from the Knicks, to sweeten the pot for another trade involving THT/Nunn, etc.

Sure, but there's nice players available and allow to build a championship team. There's Kyrie too. With Randle you go nowhere and are stuck with him for 3 more years

Randle just isn’t great for us. He operates in the same read as AD and Lebron. There’s too much overlap there.

His contract year performance was nice, but the 10% fall in 3PT% is just worrying.

i'm just not as high on kyrie as most of the fanbase seems to be. he's been incredibly disappointing of late. for a fanbase that hates AD with the fire of a thousand suns to be pining for kyrie is sort of nuts, imo.

also, have you looked at the available upcoming FAs? guys are just signing huge deals and demanding out when they feel like it.

well, yeah, and paired with the 10% rise it took for the highwater mark! he's not a shooter, and he's not an allstar. this is why ny gives me a pick to take him. note how the price has gone up--we (maybe, probably) offered to take him and fournier straight up for russ last deadline. if the knicks wait until this deadline, the price will be two firsts our way, imo.

meanwhile, as others have pointed out, randle is more likely to accept different roles than russ.

still want a utah conley package first and foremost, but i'd be interested in what the knicks had to say.

It was announced they were hiring his dad as an assistant on 6/2. The fine should have been announced on 6/3.

In general these tampering charges are a joke. League wants it both ways. They want you to behave like Mitch but at the same time they have a FA special in a prime time slot as these announcements role in. Announcements on deals that have been discussed for weeks between parties. If negotiating didn't take place until free agency was officially open, the FA special would be a dud.

For the Knicks it was worth it cause they got their guy, but I think the league takes exception to just how obvious they were about their methods.

That’s a name I haven’t heard in a long time, I forgot he was even in the league.

I recall hand/arm size being the main feature.

Pffttt! It was all about Okafor’s monstrous hands if we’re talking “hands” during the LB tank commanding and giffing half decade. Like these, “:D

Pretty wild we have 10 players from last season roster that are not on a roster this year.

Chicago wants all our youngins, and nobody wants our oldins.

    LOL.

But Bradley, Melo, and Ellington are so good.

I'm just so surprised they haven't been picked up.

Says no one who actually knows what the hell they're watching.
