If you're looking to find the next Khris Middleton in this year's draft, look no further than Anthony Brown. The Stanford senior is one of the elite spot-up shooters in this class, draining 44.1 percent of his threes. He is excellent at relocating off-ball and shooting on the move, which bodes well for his ability to shoot off screens. Like Middleton, Brown enters the NBA as an average athlete. But what teams overlooked with Middleton -- effort and basketball IQ -- are the same attributes they will find in Brown. "I fit in pretty well as a 3-and-D guy," Brown told SB Nation at the combine. "You see a lot of 3-and-D guys today that are pretty successful, whether it's Danny Green or Khris Middleton. That's something I'm definitely hoping to start off on and be right away." Brown has a deep understanding of who he is as a basketball player, which will only help his career as a role player. In time, Brown could develop in the same way Middleton did to become one of the league's premier 3-and-D wings. http://www.sbnation.com/nba/2015/6/...rs-anthony-brown-michael-frazier-joseph-young
Could someone explain how the resigning situation works with 2nd rounders? In know with 1st rounders a team gets to keep them for like 8-9 years as long as they're willing to pay. What about 2nd rounders? Any protection (ie restricted FA, team options) for the teams that drafted them?
this was the only pick i liked. i don't mind the other guys we got as players, but was more upset at who we didn't take and when we took nance

Rotation player? C'mon, man. It's still June. He'll be a rich man's Jimmy Butler! Wait for October with your buzz kills.
If he can stroke the 3 at a high clip and defend, he's already an upgrade to Wesley Johnson. Start him.
If he is not a 12 year old girl currently attending middle school, he is an upgrade to Wesley Johnson.
That was Frazier. I forgot his first name but pretty sure it Starts with an M Edit: just saw you corrected yourself
