Re-signing Stanley is a must. What's he due to make? I heard 1 years for $2.35 million. Let these development guys earn their money and make him elite at the corner spots.

Also, eyeing Burks (if Knicks decide to offload) or Prince. Porter would be nice, but he is probably drinking the GS juice and going back or getting s big pay day.

Any other wing targets? FYI: if Walker goes undrafted and ends up an undrafted FA, I'm taking him, too.

I’m unfortunately at the point where I was on draft day last summer when we traded for Russ; I’m so bored and anxious to see us do something that I’d probably be excited by any transaction regardless of if it’s a good move or not lol

 

seems like they want to move the #7 pick for anunoby (we'll see if that goes down). if they do, they resign nurkic and have:

lillard/simons/hart/grant/anunoby/nurkic

seems like a playoff team maybe?

would suck. and that's why the instant we get an offer, we need to pounce. if we're left without a seat, it means 40-50 more games of russ.

these usually happen as the picks happen, like if a guy a team likes doesn't fall, etc. in fact, i don't remember a bought pick happening before the draft.

seems likely. a few of the guys we've looked at will likely go undrafted, at least one pick that i think was for sale already got traded, and apparently others are trying to get in.

I don’t really follow college prospects, but I feel like this is how it always goes when we have a second round pick: a first round projection falls into the second round, I get excited (solely on the basis that they were supposed to be a first round pick) that they might be available for us … only for them to be picked right before us and/or we end up choosing some other random player anyways … but it typically works out for us lol
