    Agh so the trades voided, were more due to a team being deceptive, on the extent of injury. I'd stay away from leg or foot injuries on older players. I guess it depends on how cheap they came.

    I like this ALOT. Julius is even athletic enough to switch on small forwards in a pinch. Reaves, Monk, Lebron, AD, Jules still may not be enough to overtake the Suns or Warriors, but it sure beats what we got now.

    what in the blue hell is Portland doing?

    None of their moves really make sense...they're dumping all their vets, and getting good young players for them...then dumping those good young players for....injured vets on expiring deals?

    So essentially that CJ McCollum deal just got a lot worse...they traded CJ, Nance and Snell for Joe Ingles (expiring K), Josh Hart, Elijah Hughes, a protected 1st round pick and three 2nd round picks. Sorry that's a terrible haul for the Blazers. Not a single young player with talent to speak of...

    they traded for his contract (or rather, lack thereof after this year). because portland's been so great at attracting FAs over the years and next year's market is super deep with top end talent.

    i'll be disappointed if i find out we didn't at least have discussions with the knicks. we're two teams in bad spots under a lot of scrutiny. our problems are bad but different. russ helps them get out of some long-term commitments they may regret while shaking things up. we get to shake things up and arguably get some better fitting pieces.

    I haven’t watched Randle much since he left but I will say the Knicks fan base HATES HIM. He’s not even helping up team mates when they fall in some instances. Plus he has some illusions of grandeur.

    …. maybe so but vs Russ he looks like manna from heaven to me. Change of scenery and get away from Thibbs might fix him compared to no fix for our clown whose comments last night were delusional and cancerous. And he has size and can play D and switch if motivated. Big IF I know. But impossibility with Russ.
