One of the best things about the video footage is seeing J Kidd deflated on the sidelines after Austin’s shot.

Great picture. So much going on in that shot. Laker fan on the right wearing a jersey 3 sizes too small, Maximum bling dude right behind Reeves, red hair guy on the far left losing his mind, and Austin hovering over the court.

    That's a grown man shot.

The poise this kid has is impressive. He's ready for whatever comes his way and embraces the moment. He definitely needs a bigger role, which means some of the dead weight like AB and Baze need to get off the team.

Willing to bet they would have called it if he missed.

Refs had a plane to catch?

There's less contact with some NFL tackles. Truly awful no call.

I just watched a video of Lebron's postgame interview from last night and he referred to Austin Reaves as AR-15.

This is the first time I realized that's his nickname (Always thought he was hillbilly Kobe lol), but I absolutely love that. That's the best nickname since Andrei Kirilenko being AK-47.

Well you would have been right, Hillbilly Kobe was his nickname from College and we have carried on dutifully even if not being wild about it. At least shortening it to something like HbK to not have to say it in full. :D

But if that's what his teammates are calling him here in the NBA well then Oh Hell Yeah!! Much better. We should change the thread title. The King has spoken.

Love the photo composition breakdown. As a guy who loves great images I concur.

If I had to crop it, about all that could be done is on the far left .... take it in just enough to take out 1/2 of the guy's head (not important) with his back turned but leaving sloshing room for the hand with the beer in it of the guy looking up at the SCOREBOARD!! And down from the top just below the nose of the guy behind the guy with the red hair with his hand on his head in disbelief.

This is the pic that made me think of Jerry's vertical logo a bit.

I am beginning to think this kid may just have a great career coming. Wouldn't it be great if he became our missing piece!!

He needs 20lb of pure muscle so he can switch on the 3s of this league, that would be a huge help to us. 6'6" wingspan, he's no THT there, nor in weight, but I can see a future where they pair up as a great defensive duo for the other teams 1-3.

20 lbs would be a LOT as legs already well built and don't want to slow him down, needs to be quick. So 20lbs up top not realistic or even good. Maybe. Because I'm certainly no trainer. What do I know? But 10lbs give or take up top sure couldn't hurt. Like AD he has already been injured a couple times in his shoulder areas. Labrum twice I believe. Maybe whatever more muscle in his legs to give him a little more explosion for vertical, as he can do about 36" off two feet if he can gather. I'm sure modern techniques can indeed help there some.
