DD can pout all he wants but he’s completely taking Pop out of the equation if he thinks a trade to the Lakers was possible.

I wonder how we'd be doing right now if we had DD + Caruso instead of Westbrook. :wasntme:

    lol...you wonder?

though i'm not sure that was possible? once we accepted a s&t, we couldn't go over the hard cap to sign caruso, so i'd have to see the rest of the cap sheet.

Can you imagine sitting at a table with this guy eating ribs and corn on the cob or a anything wide you have to pick up with your hands?

    :Nope:

I posted a new article in NBA section that Morey now "would be interested" in getting him and Jerami Grant for Simmons.

For what it’s worth we also have a trade exception from Gasol.

I can’t see us trading Nunn without at least seeing him play or THT now that he is showing himself to be a good player.

well, if he becomes completely unavailable? i mean, it looks like he's going to miss half the season at this point. if we could move him for someone who could actually play basketball, we should probably do it.

we have no bird rights on him or any of the mins.

Oh I’m fine with moving him just wondering if the team would pull the trigger.

The idea of trading Nunn, Tucker and 3 players for Buddy Hield is absolutely ridiculous. Reality is that Melo is shooting a higher percentage from the field and the 3 point line than Hield,on a min contract in the same amount of minutes per game this season. Hield avgs a whole 1.5 pts more than Melo. This guy is guaranteed 60 million dollars for the next 3 seasons...I just don't get the big deal about Buddy Hield.

that post wasn’t advocating any trade. More answering questions fans had on Twitter about What potential trades would look like and who would be available.

Honestly come 12/15, I look to package Nunn and Baze for a bigger, younger wing.

    Sax Town: Harkless
    Houston : Nwabe or House

I don't care what Nunn has to offer at this point. Best ability sometimes is availability We have enough guards and plenty of ball handlers. By pulling the trigger on such a 2-1, we should be able to add one of those 3 + sign Ennis or Stanley Johnson. If we need to include a 2nd round pick, so be it.

Yeah, Baze is a bust and while Nunn is interesting and we haven't even see him play, he's very small and with THT and Reaves we have some young backup players who can help distribute the ball. Plus we have 9 guards. Something's got to give there. I'd love to get a legit wing who can three and D.
