I’m really trying to reserve judgement on this team until we’re at full capacity, but my goodness it’s hard to resist being negative about this current squad available.
it's funny; i think the only games that have really upset me were the two okc games and the minny game. take those out, and this is going exactly as expected given lebron's been out, imo. milwaukee played pretty well and had their major horses at home. btw, their record is still worse than ours right now, too. it's been unpleasant, but there's 3/4 of the season left.
I would only add the Twolves game. We should be 10-6 or 11-5 right now. it’s tough to watch at times and I’ve been critical but I don’t feel nearly as doom and gloom as many fans.

My WMC is that my WMC thread is getting so much use this season. I knew it would take time to get ourselves going but man some of these games have been frustrating as hell. I get why fans are WMC'ing. I just wish we didn't have all these reasons to do it. That's all. Oh and the refs in the MIl game. Wow.
No offense taken. I still think we have a shot at the top 4 and that's probably another reason I'm not as upset as some of you are. I expect LeBron to fix a lot of issues relatively quickly. If we're not looking better by Christmas I will probably be fully with everyone else.
we're two games out of third place. yes, that's with probably the league's easiest schedule, but it's also largely without the league's best player. i want a month with lebron and AD healthy before i give up. and maybe this is 2012 and that never happens! but that wouldn't make me not despairing right now foolish. unless that's what the doomsdayers are actually predicting: that we're just going to be injured all year.
Yeah, oddly I’m not that concerned about the make up of our team or it’s potential. We’ve been decimated with injuries. We’ve had a third of the team out all season so far including Lebron for half our games. What I see that I like is that our three point shooters can actually shoot for the most part (except Baze). Our D is improving. Our youngsters are excellent: THT on a tear and Reaves has been a revelation on both ends. Westbrook is coming along and starting to show he can be a fit. It’s really just these damned injuries that are holding us back.
I feel like people constantly forget the purpose of this thread. It’s not for anyone to be talked off the ledge or being told they’re not doing fandom right. It’s literally for whining, moaning and complaining no questions asked. The season isaround the corner and we fans must be ready to hate on our squad like never before.” It’s nice that you’re optimistic, but there’s a thread for that… In the spirit of the thread, we suck, should not be .500 at this point having had an insanely easy schedule, Vogel needs to get an actual offense going, “here LeBron, you do it” is not that. Will we look better as time goes by, probably, I sure friggin hope so, but I do not see us being a title team as constructed.
Why didn't this team take a chance on a guy like Otto Porter Jr instead acquiring multiple small SGs. Put way too much into the Ariza basket: particularly with THT progression, he's going to eat up a ton of the SG minutes
Sorry, but that’s counter to the threads intention of irrational whining. How can you come into the WHINE, MOAN, COMPLAIN thread and tell me I’m whining and complaining too much? You see my point? That’s like me going into the Optimism thread and telling everyone they’re being way too positive. This thread is specifically made for people to vent.
