Seriously, Ennis is an NBA player, sign the guy. He does play defense and is a legit wing.

I managed to go to the game last night and one positive development nobody is talking about is the fact that the Taylor Swift era has come to its climactic end:

maybe uncle fester paid off staples/swift for rights to hang the banner at his new stadium? to remind what greatness clippers have failed to exceed

It was always there, but it was moved over to make room for the 2019-20 banner. And you can see the MLPS players’ names hanging with the jerseys.

And in D Fish Man’s pic, it looks like the Sparks banners and jerseys recently moved as well.

Taylor Swift banner was stupid. Oscar De LA Hoya statue is dumb too. Wayne Gretzky statue doesn't make sense. I know he changed hockey in America and in warm weather places but he never played at Staples and never won a title in LA.

With the Clippers finally getting lost, Staples can belong to the teams that have actually contributed to the rafters on the court.

Agreed. Kopitar and Doughty deserves statues in front of Staples more than Gretzky. Not saying they're better, but they actually played in the arena and led the team to our first ever Cups. Since I highly doubt they will make individual statues for them, maybe they will at least make a statue that includes all three of Doughty, Kopitar and Quick.

We'll make a thread soon. In the meantime, the kid is 20, big, strong, athletic, can play some defense. This is wing depth that we needed. 6-8, around 230-235lbs. Give us 5 points and 2-3 rebounds with some hustle and D and we're good. Just don't shoot the 3.

He's young and has good size. There was a reason he was taken 15th. We have one of the best development systems in the league and I trust our talent evaluators 100%.

That said, his Cranjis numbers are brutal...

Is it just me, or on most of his breakaways .... the most easy of layups .... he picks up his dribble and takes like 3 steps before shooting. And no call from the refs. That said .... yeah we finally got some more size and athleticism. Yay! And Phil Handy is probably looking at him and going ....

    oh bleep here's another "project".

Maybe they know something about Ennis that we don't? It's the only explanation.

Not me. He runs with the damn ball. (after all these years I'm kinda embarrassed to say I have no idea what a crab dribble is cause it was a LeBron thing if I recall back in the day when we all hated him and I didn't care :p )
