If the Lakers are serious about winning title 18 this season they really need to look at Boogie again…in two late season games against the Suns (June 20 and 28), the best in the West in 2020-2021, Boogie put up numbers Gasol wasn’t even close to generating…but only under one condition should the Lakers consider him though…if he agrees to play like the Captain in the last few seasons of his career…let the young bucks run the floor and the come up slowly if the break doesn’t create anything…after devastating leg injuries over the last few seasons DeMarcus doesn’t need to get out on the break…since he can hit the three he retains the Gasol long range threat…consider those two late season games with the Clippers v. Suns - 26 mins, 26 points, 6 rebs, 4 assists, 1 steal, 1 block…plus he’s played with AD and Rondo in New Orleans and could be the crowning piece for the second unit…LAKERS need to win now LeBron probably has 2 maybe three seasons left and with Boogie the Lakers would be a lock to trample the league for titles 18 and 19…
Not sure the Lakers need a development project with only 2-3 seasons left for LeBron and having both AD and Westbrook…let’s focus on winning now…BTW, thanks for the welcoming remarks!

Probably the biggest reason it’s unlikely he ever comes over is China and US relations are in the toilet and getting worse strategically. Why would they want their basketball populace following him here in the US. Not like it was before when Yao came over.
If he was a star player it wouldn't even matter what relations were unless China just flat out wouldn't allow him to come here. The money alone and world wide notoriety along with building a world brand is a no brainer on the NBA stage. It's the premier league in the world period
