Most likely not, but Smart is probably on his way out of Boston. 13 million is a steal in salary.

He has way more upside than Mckinnie. 6'9 22 years old, good quickness and lateral footwork.

Can the Clippers please move to San Diego or something? I mean this was always obvious, but seeing “Los Angeles” in the tweet I still had to do a double take and couldn’t help but get excited for a split second.

Same as when he originally signed with the Clips. Reading that tweet was such a rollercoaster of emotions!

In theory, that is an excellent idea.

In reality, this is the response Rob got from every GM in the league:

Fitting choice for Justise. He is destined to be an outcast in LA.

I think Winslow is a great get for LAC especially if snake is really going to miss entire season, IF (big if) Winslow stays healthy he should get opportunities like he did in Mia to shine with bigger role

That would be the ugliest move ever. Damn, it would hurt me even being to the Flops
But man I would laugh so hard

he's STILL not taking the full payday?

tbh, he may be saving them. one more injury, and he's toast.

A continuous 1+1 doesn't give the franchise much commitment. I guess it goes both ways but I'd like my franchise player know that he's gonns stick long terms vs always on edge every off-season when he opts out. It's a players league so I'm not mad at that.

It's more paying him 40+ for a year without playing and then he opts out

The mic drop walk off is drag it out several weeks while he considers his PO next year like he did the Lakers and then decide to walk away to some deal he knew he had in his pocket. Make Ballmer's head literally explode.

Kawhi's is going to miss too many games, and I don't think that's going to help his body in general. Especially his knees and quads. Not his fault, but I am just saying...

He isn't gonna play most of if not all of next season. I think this is so he can get to the 10 year mark and a higher max salary but as I said in the other thread I hope he rehabs this year on the Claps dime and walks next year. That would be so fitting
