i like mills just fine, but he doesn't replace most of what AC brought. or any, really. he adds shot-making, which would have been nice. next to AC.

I like Caruso as much as you, but let's not over rate him, let's see how he does without Lebron. He is a hard worker, plays good defense, erratic shooter at times, he is replaceable.

I feel 9.25m a year is fair for Caruso, even a little more considering how crazy the contracts have been

Agreed. Gonna be interesting to see how Caruso does without Lebron. I suspect not as good as people think he will.

 

Caruso loss is huge. I legit think he was our third best player last year.

I think that’s the thing. Caruso’s contract looks fair so it’s tough to understand why we’d just let him walk. I gotta believe there’s a reason. If the dust settles and we are empty handed I’ll join everyone throwing rocks.
