Yea, Jackson's been super annoying. It's even affecting JVG.. JVG knows he [Jackson] is biased and sounds like he [JVG] doesn't want to step on his [Jackson's] toes.
i don't blame Jackson for being bitter, but he really isn't the right analyst for this particular series due to his bias.
I don't want Lebron to win, and I hope he fails at everything he does (basketball wise, I only have "sports hate" for him). Granted, I might be the only person on this site who thinks Lebron is better than Kobe (in their primes). But this was an OBVIOUS flop. I've been cut pretty bad on a few occasions. I had my nose partially torn off in a football game (no lie), and I didn't roll around on the ground like that. He acted like a three year old who skinned his knee.
He flopped himself into the cameras and then rolled around like he was shot. Don't forget the circle of security guards that pushed away cameras, they don't want you to see the "king" injured. And now today the big news story is how great he is for still playing with a cut in his head. Ugh.
I do. I'm not drinking the media Kool-aid either. He is dragging scrubs along with him at this point. Lebron is leading a team that is brutally awful to a 2-2 tie with a team that won 67 games in the insane Western Conference. This team is worse than the Kobe led team that lost to the Suns. Who is their second best player right now? Tristan Thompson? He has been in the Finals 5 straight years. He is a one man team. I'm not saying he's more skilled. Put Kobe in LBJs body and he probably would average a triple double. But Lebron is such a beast who is also talented...It's just my opinion.
Think about it though: those Suns were the precursor to this Warriors team. Kobe was still fairly young. If LeBron had played in the West he wouldn't have gotten to the Finals plain and simple. Kobe was up 3-1 on those Suns. I think this is roughly what Kobe in 2007 would be doing except GS would never dare cover Kobe 1 on 1.
^Exactly, and really, outside of Odom, Cavaliers have a much better team. Mosgov is sooooooooo much better than Kwame. Tristan Thompson, Dellavedirty, Shumpert, and even JR Smith are much better than their counterparts (Cook, Smush, Luke, Vujacic, etc.).

Kobe faced a much harder defense too. LeBron has been single covered the majority of this series. There's no chance any team would consider that strategy against Kobe.
i think with Kobe's longevity that people, even Lakers fans are starting to forget just how dominant the man was in his prime. for example, whenever people make the argument that Kobe doesn't make his teammates better, I ask them to look up how many players from the 2005-2007 Lakers teams are still in this league.
Different breed. I find it crazy that nobody even dares to suggests that he threw himself into the camera and if you do you're labeled a hater. Sorry Savory, I'd take prime Kobe over prime Bron. Kobe's Lakers in 06-07 would've made the Finals in todays Eastern conference. I don't see who is stopping the Cavs from getting there year in and year out.
There's no doubt in my mind prime Jordan or prime Bryant takes prime LeBron in one on one match ups. They were not as heavy or tall, but were athletic and strong as hell in their primes and could defend him effectively enough to BEAT him, not to mention they were waay stronger mentally and would have been in his head big time. And waay more skillful in ways to attack on offense. Now after 10 years as his athleticism is starting to diminish a bit, and it will, he is finally developing a back to the basket game. Somewhat. So depends on where you call LeBron's "prime" time wise in his career. When he was at his peak athletically he didn't have enough skills to beat them, and now as he expands his skills he is on the downside of his prime physically. Kobe and Mike had both at the same time in their "primes". Plus I'm a Kobe homer ..... what else would you expect.
