You can't play every other day ( and do more in AD and Bron absence) and not getting injured .

I'm very surprised a couple of guys have not suffered a season ending injury "knock on wood"

yeah only .329 (32 wins out of 97 games) actually. I had the wrong % there

Yet he's taken teams to the finals 10x and won 4x

Interestingly, though I don't have similar career stats for MJ:
without MJ in 1993-1994 the Bulls went 55-27 or .670 (3rd in the NBA and 2 games back of 1st place) and went to round 2 where they lost in game 7

Yeah me too , counted 88 games instead of 97 games ... We're as good at math as McLemore is at defending ...

McLemore is unbelievably bad on defense.

I would not say they are weak minded. I don't see how that would have anything to with it if it were true any way. Is Lebron weak minded??

As well many injuries, as always, are simply RANDOM. Step or land on a someone else’s foot wrong ... sprain an ankle. Knocked out of the air and land wrong / dive on the floor and hurt something. Planted leg someone rolls into. That would be an interesting % to be weighed against the “non contact / possibly fatigue affected” injuries this year.

Ugggh. We could even hold the 5th position and still meet the Clippers in the first round as they’re only a half game ahead of Denver in 4th. They would probably prefer that to have a rested Snake for their series against us. Could see some chess playing going on?

    Chess and checkers, LOL. :)

Hey, we just play our game and (re)build that chemistry between Bron, AD1 and AD2. Get ready for the playoffs without worrying too much about the opposition.

I am new here, but I seen your game post. So I know how you feel about Lebron. He can't do anything right.

Huh? Are you sure you’re talking about Ox and LeBron? I don’t even think LeBron has played in a game since you came here but Ox is hardly a LeBron hater....now if we are talking about soft players or 3 pointers, that’s a different story:LLLLLebronlaughing:

I'm worried, this AD2 lineup just doesn't work in the modern NBA. Even Dwight who is one of the greatest defenders ever had trouble staying on the court in the playoffs.

Even s***ty teams have a bunch of guys who can swarm and box in the paint making it tough to score and then they just PnR you to death OTOH. Drummond just makes dumb decision in terms of boxing out and defensive rotations. Throw in his Kwame Brown hands and he negates all the positives he brings

Possibly the worst loss of the season, inexcusable. We’re likely headed for the play-in, which the NBA has..why? This isn’t college ball, it’s a gimmick.

We need the rest but I'll take the play-in over a loss against the Clips in the 1st round

I love the playin. Makes a lot more games important. Borderline teams have a lot more to play for and less teams will tank.

Playoff bound teams can't fool around trying to drop games on purpose to rest players or try to get the ideal matchup

It’s lame to me, playoff system wasn’t broken. Same as in baseball it boils an entire ridiculously long season down to a couple games. Teams should be rewarded for sustained winning across the season, not with a gimmicky tournament at the last minute.
