THAT HELP DEFENSE THO! The key was AD rushing out to the corner. Just instincts. Most teams would have already given up. And then the pesky deflections at the end... Man, I cannot wait for the season to start tonight.

So is there where we’ll be posting ring night updates?

    Optimism Go!

Never helps to lose to the Clippers, but....

    1) We are one championship ring ahead of last year.
    2) This year we are leaps and bounds ahead of where we were last year with four pre-season wins and a year of AD Lebron chemistry. We had much to determine last year
    3) We have locked up AD and Lebron as far as contracts go.
    4) THT, Alex Caruso and kuzma are further developed than last year, THT in particular is the type of bonus player that can tip the scales in a playoff game
    5) Damn it Danny Green has been replaced with Dennis
    6) We look like we have much room to improve and gel
    7) Any additions (players acquisitions trades) seem like smaller problems than last year. I have faith in Frank to make meaningful adjustments and not end up with Luke Warm solutions.
    8) We are a franchise with two genuine superstars (even ESPN says top two players in the game) and have leverage to attract players who want to chase a ring or gain media attention to grow their reputation and or brand.

The last time I felt this optimistic about the Lakers was during the threepeat.

I also like the fact this forum didn't completely implode after one loss, as it used to for along time lol.

Win or lose, every game I want to see one of our youngins step up have an all around solid game and show progress in their development. It was Kuz tonight. Proud of him

FWIW, Dallas laid an egg, they looked worse than the brown stuff in a babies diaper!

Nice win but Dallas better get Por Zinga back soon or they are screwed.

26 and 21 were the big minutes for our guys over 30. On a back to back, that's HUGE. That's how you preserve Bron and extend his career.

    Also...

Fudge, we haven’t even ironed out our rotations and built on court chemistry between new players yet.

Freakin’ juggler knot already. Offense looks so much further along than this time last year and so much more potent and varied. Wait until it’s finely tuned!!
