    Batum is worth a look as long as expectations are in check.

    Thing is, we just saw revivals of multiple players that were left for dead thanks to coaching, LeBron, and AD. I can see that happening again with some of the guys still available

    Those are very good metrics (?) for someone who has been somewhat of an afterthought. Did not really make much news... Then again, Charlotte is like Sacramento East.

    Yeah, I think so, too.

    I am so excited about this roster. We're not even done yet.

    The ceiling for offense goes way up...just a couple of more moves, and we're set.

    I'd take a flier on Batum for the minimum. Not sure which wing defenders are still available that would be better. Still worried about our center rotation. Desperately need at least one more legit center, and if that next center is Cousins, we DEFINITELY need a third center.

    I think the entire hoops world outside of Laker Natiom actually believed that last year was their year and we couldn’t get it done. Yeah, they’ve always failed but last year they really believed it was their time.

    I believed they were going to be good, which they were, but I'll be honest, I didnt see them flaming out THAT spectacularly.

    They weren't though. They were just saying that to s*** on the Lakers. A team that hadn't gotten out of the 2nd round ever and we are suppose to say they are now because they got a couple players? Nah.

    If Batum is right physically then he'd shore up our perimeter defense now that Bradley and Green (to some extent) are gone... He can score too in a pinch. Only 31.

    At this stage of his career Batum is more of a stretch 4 than a 3 and D wing.

    This is the only team Giannis would go to besides staying in Milwaukee. If Giannis goes to the Heat next year, the Lakers will need a third star next summer.
