    think they only path to getting him would be kcp s&t, right? had we not cut cook, some combo of him/kuz/mcgee might have gotten close to his salary but still not there...

    yeah, i'd like to keep morris. or if not find another guy who can both move his feet and hold ground on the defensive boards. they're actually not that common.

    feel like both isn't possible.

    How is Bogdan's defense? He can shoot the ball but at least when DG's shot was off, he was able to play solid defense.

    We have no chance of getting him. The Kings will want something in return, and we don't have the contracts. I mean, is there some way to send them Kuz in a separate trade for free that happens after we sign him to the full MLE? Like, if you don't match this MLE offer, we will give you Kuz for a second rounder type deal? Regardless, Bogdan is worth more than the MLE.

    pretty sure that's not allowed (though similar things have happened). we'd get basketballreasoned for sure, though.

    kuz + salary is fair, but i'm not sure how we could pull it off even with a third team. unless kcp wanted a double sign and trade situation, which i doubt.

    And the Kings would have to want KCP for some reason and KCP in turn would have to want to go there. So many reasons why it wouldn't happen. But Bogdan would be a dream signing for this team. The amount of open looks he would get if we had Schroder driving, Lebron driving and AD in the paint......He would make other team's fans cry...a lot.

    Kuz and McGee would bring 12-13 mil in on the trade. Rob would need to find another 5-6 mil somewhere to likely have a shot.

    KCP wouldn't need to be involved really.

    Heard that about AD and Lebron too. Pipe doesn't already agree to meet. That means there is interest. Im sure his agent would know there is a possibility otherwise they wouldn't take the meeting.
