With Ibaka and Lebron, we would have enough pf coverage I would think.

I'd like Morris back regardless. Not gonna just pigeonhole him as a PF for roster sake. Dude doesn't back down from anyone and hit over 40% from 3 for us in the playoffs. If he's cheap, he can help keep AD and Bron fresh.

Plus AD & Kuz. Only so many PF minutes. Morris' playoff value was more as a small ball 5.

I think Kuz has to move over to play more 3 since we lost our size at the 2 when we traded Green. He’s better defending the 2 and 3 than anything else anyway.

Free agency seems like it’s going on forever and it hasn’t even started yet.

NBA needs to just let free agency start once the Finals are over. No more waiting 10 days or month for this crap. I dont get the point. Just let it start right away.

Yeah, but he played the 4 next to Gasol a lot with Toronto. He also played the 4 with OKC back in the day. I think he's a more natural 4 than 5.

Agreed. Maybe 24 hours or so after the final game would be best so you don't take shine off the title winners, but it's ridiculous how they do it now. We had confirmation of Kyrie and KD to Brooklyn hours before it was legal and no one gave a crap. We're crack fiends for this stuff and want it ASAP.

it's funny, i always thought he was out of position at pf. he doesn't move his feet and body well in space, nor is he a great post defender. the latter doesn't matter as much now that there like, 3 post players in the league, but earlier in his career it caused problems for his teams that he was a tweener on defense.

I'd consider our offseason a monster success with that signing and the Schröder trade. That'd be beyond expectations for all of us I'd think.

+keep howard. we do need more than mcgee at center. but yes, huge.

people were calling milwaukee's reported moves earth-shattering, but they they would have given up more than us for pretty similar upgrades. and we didn't lose in the second round.

No doubt, but I expect Kuz to get minutes at both 3 and 4 this year. He needs to play 30mpg.

Wow. His social media has Kobe everywhere. Still a pipe dream but this just makes free agency oh-so-fun.

That’s kind of what I’m thinking with Ibaka. We need more defensive versatility than Ibaka, Dwight, and Javil can give. They’re all too slow footed to defend up to the 3pt line, and switch everything when needed. I think Morris does a better job of this and is a different tool we could really use for some matchups.

If we get him, does that affect KCP?
