i know, right?! he'll never blossom into a superstar like <insert likely bust 19 year old here>.

don't get me wrong: the biggest hits in the draft are high lotto youngsters, obviously. but once you're past your surefire anthony davis/KAT/ben simmons types, you should prioritize evidence over potential. those guys had both.

I know we need shooters, but I’m gonna go ahead and say we should get a big man to develop under AD and Lebron to an extent.

    Zeke Nnaji

    Isaiah Stewart

or if Jaden McDaniels either drops down to us or we trade up (not happening, but you never know ;))

haven't seen any footage on Robert Woodard II, but i was just perusing the "Best Available" section on ESPN, and his description looked interesting/promising (62% FT so he will fit right in)... however, i understand we are in repeat mode, so hopefully this pick will be sent out with DG for someone who can make an impact now. that being said, based merely on what i read below, i would love to see this guy in action for South Bay.

Guess who popped up on The Athletic's sleepers article by Eamonn Brennan

And then in another piece by them on the draft, Zach Harper lists 3 sleepers. He made his list too

he seems like a very safe pick. probably a better version of jalen brunson, who's already a rotation player on a playoff team.

i'd totally take him, but i don't think he'll be on the board.

Looks like the WRECK LEAGUE to me. Who is their shooting coach Danny Green?

Have any of us called the Lakers late 1st round draft pick?

I feel like they always surprise us with the pick, so I can't get invested in watching video and reading about picks pre-draft that will end up going to some other team lol.

I do appreciate how it feels like a surprise gift every time we pick though.

I'm happy to not care about the draft any longer. If we keep the pick, great. if not, Rob will fill in the squad with a seasoned vet. I think we have enough youth, but if we can fill out the G League team, great.

I’ll believe it when I see it ..... Winston or Bane or Riller still being on the board for us. Assuming we even keep the pick.
