I think Morris had a bigger goof than Green. There was a lot time left, just throw it up man.

Kind of agree. Green missed a shot and sadly I think all of us sort of expect that at this point. But Morris has the rebound with plenty of time to either shoot or make a good pass. Unforced error to lose the game is worse than a miss IMO.
I think the bottom line though is we just didn’t play that well overall. We were playing from behind almost the entire game. Yes we had a chance there on a last possession to close it out but once again Miami played great D and they got the W. The execution wasn’t totally there all night. We need better production from everyone not named Lebron and AD in order to win the final game and clinch the championship.

Kuzma should've been in there the last minutes instead of bonehead Morris.

I was trying to put this into words, but you nailed it. Morris had enough time to drive, shoot or make a different pass. Green's shot is a 0. To end with a turnover / unforced error is a net negative to me.

It was a bit humorous that the Lakers were being called soft by Clipper stans and players and then as the season goes along the rest of the league felt the Lakers were a bunch of bullies. The Lakers size definitely caused some of this but also Dwight and Morris weren't willing to take anything

yeah, i thought that was an odd characterization. i think it was denver in the conference finals that was threatening to get thuggish, and i was like...you sure you want that?

Denver and Miami trying to get thuggish was hilarious. Who on those teams were tough guys? Jokic? ah, no. Jamal Murray, no. And when Adebayo thought he could put his shoulder in a guy made of granite, well, you saw what happen there.

There are no tough guys in the NBA anyways. The NBA doesn't allow guys like Ron Artest exist anymore.

Game one of the Finals, Miami thought they could play physical with the Lakers too..
Half their starters ended up getting injured...

right. you want to physically intimidate lebron? with jae crowder? lol. i've watched an aging melo just rag doll crowder--like, someone throw in the towel, ragdoll him. bam adebayo going to rough up howard? who are duncan robinson and herro thugging on? the concessions folks? gtfo. that was the most laughable performance art of the playoffs, folks acting like you beat the lakers by punking them. i remember some of that from the regular season, too, and even then i was like...yeah...that's not the way you're going to beat this particular team.

def would love to bring him back

what can we get him for tho? hard to tell what the market will be like for Morris who kinda balled out in the playoffs.

Might be too much for us but let's hope he gives a hometown discount
