    Sticking with my original...

    4-1.

Miami gave it a great shot... but they're not winning game 5.

One thing LeBron is pretty good at... is close out games.

They need to break this zone, however. AD needs to spend more time in the paint.

Okay that one had me stressed for the first time this series lol. Between all the turnovers and missed threes, they sure made it interesting. Game five is gonna be a slugfest. Count on it. Let’s get it though. 1 more game

That was a slugfest 5 vs 8, but we did it. Time to finish them. Fatality!

yeah...the lakers are outplaying them in pretty much every facet--not by a lot, but by enough that it's perplexing that this game was as close as it was, imo. AD shot 4 FTs after spending a lot of the playoffs feasting from the line. are you suggesting he forgot how to play that way? or that miami is that great a defensive team?

    whatever. one more to go.

What a great win not the best game we’ve played this postseason, but at the end of the day we’re only one win away from another championship!

Miami is not coming back from this, regardless. They're certainly not winning a game 7 against LeBron. And you know they'll be wearing those Mamba jerseys.

The Heat tried to ugly the game up and we still came out on top. It’s the NBA Finals. It’s not supposed to be easy. Makes it even sweeter when we win #17.

That looked like a game from a 10-15 years ago. Low scoring, ugly, grinding it out in the mud. Neither team really got out to a good start and the other team countered nearly the entire game.

Our guys picked it up late. Between KCPs 5 straight points, Bron was more aggressive, 'Do with the drive and then setting up AD for the nail in the coffin.

    Just 1 more.

I agree. I said it was going to be a game of hustling and defense that wins the game. This Heat team deserves a lot of credit for how they are playing this series. I'm glad the Lakers got the W but this series will humble the Lakers and hopefully, in the off-season, allow us to fix some of the holes that we have.

I honestly felt like AD was putting out a lot of energy defensively where he shined tonight.

I also felt like we weren’t able to really pull away because bad calls kept killing our momentum. We’d start rolling, get up 5 to 7, then like clockwork they are back on the free throw line.

We still had quite a few careless turnovers as well that kept us from pulling away.

the Heat are tough for me to really analyze because honestly they shouldn’t be in the Finals if we’re being honest. They find ways to stay in games. It’s crazy

When a team leads 3-1 in the NBA finals, it's pretty much over. That team won 34 out of 35 times. Who won that 1 after being down 1-3?

    LeBron.

    So yeah, it's over.

Yeah... that lost rebound in the last 1.5 minutes, where Rondo collided with Bron (?).. nearly killed me. Also... they had 2!!! bank 3pt shots at teh end of the clock in the last 3 - 4 minutes. Dumb luck.

Man the basketball gods really favored Miami tonight so much luck and the refs were going for them all game

Robinson banks in a freaking contested 3 at the end of the shot clock
Herro gets an open when ac and Caruso collide for a rebound and the heat get on the break
Crowder hits a 3 when 2 Lakers bang into each other which should have been an easy defensive rebound

And don't get me started on the refs. LeBron needs to get hit 2 or 3 times for a call while herro needs to wink at a ref for a call

The Lakers desperately need a 2/3 guy who can hit an open 3 and attack the rim when defensives try to push folks off the 3 point line. Basically whatever Danny Green is trying unsuccessfully to do right now

Refs are applying HCA rule in the finals, so officiating the past 2 games was undesirable to say the least but expected.

So in 2-2-1-1-1 terms, Lakers should get relief the next game.

Herro acting tough with his snarl. Just figured out who he looks like. Mclovin + Steve Blake = Herro.
