I think his suggestion to delay the election over “mail-in voter fraud” (after he himself uses mail-in voting), and the death of Herman Cain who acquired COVID from his dumb rally, is enough for the docket today.

Not that I’m offended. I just hope Y’ALL aren’t offended by me pointing out the death cult.

 

Sure, I’ll be scared. If scared means to listen to the science and do my part to keep myself, my family, and my surrounding community safe.

You can go be brave and join your buddy Herman in servitude of your cult leader.

What better way to prove your stance that the virus is a hoax and Trump is handling it properly then to ... catch the virus and die from Trump’s rally that defied medical guidance? Wait that can’t be right...

 

Come on John. In all seriousness are you comparing this virus to the flu still? Since when has the flu attacked the heart and multiple other organs in the body in many people that have contracted it, and been as contagious as this s*** ..... with cases of health workers and first responders dying from having been in contact (or proximity) with those infected?

 

I mean I’m pretty clearly being sensationalist with that term, but as far as sensationalist labels go I must say it’s quite on the nose. Not sure how else you describe a group of people who unflinchingly obey the words of their demagogue, in the process denying science during a pandemic which we can now directly link to death.

I don’t think the scientific community in the past has ever universally advocated for mask wearing during a normal flu season. I think going forward that will change. Now people will be more vigilant about distancing and wearing masks if they are potentially sick during a flu season, which is a good thing. At the moment it is more important for everyone to wear masks considering we’re dealing with a deadlier virus that spreads more aggressively via asymptomatic/pre-symptomatic carriers.

In so deep that you’re succumbing to the sunk-cost fallacy and now have no choice but to continue defending this clown. Now with “fake news” as your only retort. Suggestions that liberals are just obedient sheep. As if you are some enlightened free thinker who has cultivated your own independent thoughts. Not realizing the extent to which you are obeying and falling right in line with the group think of your own echo chambers, that continue to mold your sense of reality solely for the political gain of a failed casino owner. Must be frustrating huh?

Are you trying to leap from “Liberals are sensitive to the rights of LGBTQ people and acknowledge that while biological sex is binary, sexual orientation and gender expression are fluid” to “Liberals actually believe that biological men have periods” to “all science is left wing propaganda” to “the virus is a hoax”?

Might want to petition to join the dunk contest next year with all the leaping ability. I don’t even know how to respond.

So I guess I’ll just ask. Aside from being another blind regurgitation of a Trump talking point, why are you all so adamant on opening back up the schools if you deny the outcome of that education? Guess the drawback of exposing children to “liberal science” is outweighed by the benefits of getting them back to pledging their allegiance to the flag every day.

Yes, but cannot ignore kids getting sick and at risk, and even more risk of bringing it home to entire families. I don't have any answer for that. Can't believe Orange County was pushing for school as normal, no masks ..... just go for it. Entire families have been devastated by the loss of one or two or more members from one person bringing it home. This virus sucks the proverbial BIG ONE.

 

China is not being blamed enough IMO, China is thankful for Trump because the Democrats and the media blame him instead of the cause of the disease. Yet it was the Democrats and their media cohorts who distracted the President with their fictional impeachment charges in the early stages of the pandemic.

Americans: “Pfft, silly Asian flu-thingy. Let’s politicize the s*** out of it for our own benefit”. (both sides are guilty, but Trump botched the hell out of it, probably costing him the ejection).

Japanese: “Uh oh, another pandemic. Let’s do the responsible thing and all wear masks and socially distance while still keeping the economy mostly open”... and we’re doing pretty good until a vaccine arrives.
