Somebody Saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaave Meeeeee! Watched Tiger King. 7 episodes and blazed through it in two nights. Absolutely bat-s--- bananas! A big chunk takes place in Oklahoma. John 3:16 will be proud.
Sh******t, what am I not watching at this point? All I’m doing is watching. We’re all gonna snap... I mean, uh, Superstore, really funny show. Also “I Am a Killer” on Netflix.
Do check it out. People often say, "you couldn't write this stuff" when referring to an event that is so crazy, it could not have been scripted. Most of the time that is hyperbole and a decent writer could come up with it. Tiger King is the exception. My wife and I probably watched the show with mouths agape 50% of the time.
Guess I gotta watch Tiger King too, been hearing a lot of buzz about it. I do hope it’s actually about tigers though. Last time I was recommended a Netflix docu-series about felines (Don’t **** With Cats), it ended up having nothing to do with cats!
This is a docuseries and it definitely deals with big cats. It's essentially a war between big cat parks/rescues. A seedy underbelly that you didn't even know existed.
Can you guys recommend something fairly new (movie or tv show) that is either "light and fun" or action packed? I might spend the next 2 weeks glued to a tv
It's not "new" but if you've never watched "Chuck" it's a fun, light, action show. It's on Amazon Prime streaming. It's not the greatest show in history, but it's sort of a "comfort show" if you know what I mean.
Tiger King was interesting, good way to kill some time this week. But by the end of it I couldn’t help but feel like I was watching any other reality show: Why am I giving these terrible attention-seeking people my attention? And how much of this must have been manufactured to make things more interesting than they really were?
I finished rewatching all of The Office, and I'm watching Parks and Rec (again) now. They're light and fun - and worth a rewatch if it's been awhile for you.
