Well looks like the Lakers got their obligatory tough guy for the playoffs: https://www.google.com/search?q=mar...VJuZ4KHVJsBQcQ_AUoAnoECAoQBA&biw=1920&bih=937
I think he brings a lot more than that which we need to beat the Clippers, Philly and all physical teams. Was replying to his success with us will hinge predominately on shooting the long ball well. Don’t know where that went. Actually it’s said early on in the article below.
Markieff Morris is a necessary bridge between the Lakers' wings and bigs as they approach the postseason https://www.cbssports.com/nba/news/...ngs-and-bigs-as-they-approach-the-postseason/
Let's see if we picked up the bigger "dog" of the two... Going by the clips (no pun intended) posted so far, it could be.
Career to date, Markieff has probably been better overall. Good thing we didn’t trade a bunch for the lesser version?
Rob and Morey have a working relationship - I don't know how much extends beyond that, but Morey has said positive things about Rob in the past. I'd reckon Markieff will be a Laker tomorrow when he clears waivers...
I’ve never heard you so nervous about something happening. Find you inner mamba man. Morris will be a Laker. Now enjoy that C bag game.
True bro. Nervous nelly here. After seeing Kawhi and West and Balmer intentionally drag out FA last summer to make sure the Lakers didn’t get another max player (something I called early in the summer - Kawhi had no intention of ever joining Bron and his family was totally playing Magic for a fool) and after “basketball reasons” - I am skeptical about all collusive efforts around the League to hurt the Lakers (esp Kobe and Bron). Bird did it. Pop has done it. Comic Sands. Etc.
Marcus 2 Fs and 3 Ds Markieff 1 F and 0 Ds .... Plus look at his grades in the important areas for Lakers in comparison to where Marcus has his multiple Fs and Ds. Plus what was given up by Rob vs what the genius Clippers FO gave up. IMO .... S C O R E B O A R D
