He's very good defensively; appropriately sized to guard bigger wing and can make an impact there...

I guess it's just priorities and what Vogel values, which is defense; if you're looking to add Williams, he's more of a small ball 4 who isn't as guarding the more elite wings...

Harkless is better than both; but I haven't read anywhere he's being bought out yet.

    Just my $0.02 cents.

PG isn't a bully type of wing like Kawhi is

DG and KCP are fine with PG

KCP is too small for Kawhi, DG is too, but hes better than KCP

Kuzma ha some length, but he has to learn how to use weight better and maybe hit the gym rn.

Mix of Green, Kuzma, Lebron, AD, and hopefully Marvin or Moe on Kawhi

I posted the other day the head to head contests between Marcus Morris and Iggy vs. both Kawhi and PG.

Neither of them slowed Kawhi or PG down from their normal scoring averages.

I agree it would be better to have a wing defender... and would welcome Harkless.

However, it is the lack of three point shots... the fact that we have the wrong people taking the threes... combined with poor free throw shooting where we are lacking.

The good news is that we shoot the three at the league average... we just need to take more of them.

It's arguably more damaging to have hack a Dwight in crunch time than having 85% to 87% FT shooters Collison and IT with their bad defense.

The teams that have our number... shoot more threes... and hit their free throws.

I think that's what we need to upgrade.

    Saw that, pretty big deal

Also makes sense for MIL, Hou, Boston, and the Jazz. Maybe even TOR

I’d love to cut Rondo, but I don’t think it’s gonna happen. Too much politics, AD likes him, Vogel likes him for some reason, he’s a vet coasting on reputation, he hasn’t caused any off the court or locker room issues, so justifying it would be hard, would be a “bad look”.

I’m in on signing Reggie and Marvin. I have more confidence in Reggie producing on this team than Collison. Could totally be wrong on that; just him sitting out the entire season and then jumping in midway makes me nervous.

Evan Turner? Haven't seen him play in a few years. Is he still any good?

I think Rob had feelers out on who might be bought out. Solid approach is to wait when you are the leading contender in the West, but still have needs players could address and be attracted to. Play with 2 superstars? Ok, I'm in!

I think good things are coming.

The Playoffs are going to be a battle this year. It's going to be great.

Can someone run the #s on our 3pt % and attempts in wins vs losses. I don’t know how to do that. I can’t remember many wins where we shot poorly from 3 or any losses where we shot well from 3.

There we are. Been missing someone who would have done it better under the circumstances while waiting on Leonard to finish jerking us around. Did you forget “pathetic”?

I don't know what your expectations are (I don't want to know) but assembling a team that's #1 in the West at ASW is not screwing up. Rob is fine. We have weaknesses, as do other elite teams. This is not an invitation for you to tell me how the games will play out or make predictions about how the Lakers will perform in the future. I just want to watch the games. Other than that, cheer up pal.

Most GM’s wish they could screw up so well, control injuries, etc.

Hard to be happy when other teams are loading up and we aren't

Lebron's getting old and it is almost over as being a #1 or 1a on a team. Might be another year and that can be it

#1 in the regular season isn't everything (and we are only up 2.5 games from LAC). We keep losing to the top elite teams and its the same problems that show up.

Weak playmaking, inconsistent shooting (some of it has been bad luck those nights when jumpers aren't falling), and still no bigger wing defender
