Defense defense and defense. That was some elite level s***. Expect and excited for it to continue.

Going to get Rondo, Kuz, and the rook back very soon which means KCP should become a campfire story you tell over smores and nothing more.

FOr some reason - those Miami and Toronto games kinda worry me right now - both those teams look great early on.

Let's see how we do against some of these bottom feeding teams - Phoenix is looking like a tough out early on..

Agreed, that stretch of three games against Miami, Toronto and Phoenix could be a lot tougher than expected. Easily trap games.

Tonight's gaem will tell me A LOT about this team - if they're going to be lazy against bad teams or if they're going to bring it defensively every single night no matter who they play - that is the key.

Look at what happened last night to the CLips....(then again Suns have been sneaky good to start out)

Suns are pretty good, I’m going to give that to Monty. Imagine when they get their PED center back. There’s going to be some competitive matchups from the young squads like Pelicans and Kings. This is going to be a great year for basketball.

They'll play down to the level of the competition... Should be a win but not a comfy one.

we'll be in most games because of talent and spurts of death lineup defense, but hopefully we start putting together our identity soon.

We haven't exactly been fun to watch most of the time on offense. LakerFilmRoom has me feeling better about our Defense though, but only against Utah who is also integrating new pieces and figuring things out.

I know it was just the Hornets, but my goodness I enjoyed watching every second of that game tonight. Such balanced scoring across the board.

Next game is against Memphis. We should make it a winner gets Iggy match. Great to see a host of positives tonight. AD is unstoppable at times with his three game coming on board and a handful of blocks, Dwight super happy, super useful. KCP 10000% more useful than his last game. Lebron turning on the tap for some good plays. I am hyped. Gaining momentum slowly like a locomotive leaving the station.

    This.

Last year we lose this game because we can’t overcome their 3 point shooting. This year we eventually out-shot them from there. Finally we have shooters that can actually shoot in Green, Daniels, and Cook. Hell even KCP got it going for a night.

I’m going to say it, Melo might be able to fit on this team. It has that serious, mature energy that expects to get to the Finals. If it can work for Dwight, why not Melo?

I think we have a Melo coming back, but his name is Kuz and he’s better than old Melo. He actually has the potential to play defense still, and isn’t strictly an iso player with (hopefully not anyway) a bad shooting percentage. Melo is like Iverson in that they need a lot of shots to get a decent amount of points.
