    The Chinese government can go to hell. Like they would even know what freedom of speech is. I’m actually kind of glad Morey said something “dumb”, brings a spotlight to the actual issues here and not just money matters.

    Good point in this article. Morey kind of screwed up, his boss had a lot riding on this relationship and this is going to hurt Houston's bottom line. Gotta get that out of the way. However China has massively screwed this up. They took a situation that would have likely remained mostly unknown and turned it into a huge social issue with global implications. The responded to a micro-surgical procedure with a giant sledgehammer. They look like idiots and that is all on them. They can say and do whatever they want to their own people, but all the rest of the planet's people think they are one colossal asswipe.

    I am left wondering why they simply did not go directly to the Houston ownership and demand an apology from Morey and ask him to remove the post, then leave it at that?!!??! It would have accomplished the same thing and nobody would be thinking about this now.

    Now, all China gets is people are thinking about what douche bags they are.
