Took them a while but they finally got going. I think Bellinger had some great swings those last 3 at bats. I have no idea what the hell happened to Kelly. I couldn't have pitched that bad and I'm pretty sure I can't hit 55 on the radar gun. Roberts got to get him back in cause he has been pretty damn good this last month. Good to see Jansen get out there and get some K's too.

    CLose it out tomorrow!

Didn't watch the game due to cooking dinner with my friends, but we have to hand it to the vets, Freese and Martin. Incredibly clutch today.

At this point, Pollock should be benched. He has been hitless and has not added anything of value.

We were snake bitten today. Holyhell nothing went our way. Well they say you don't win a championship if you don't get tested. Wed is going to be crazy.

That Joc foul ball when the bases were loaded was agonizing and the rain and wind in the stadium put a dent into those HR swings. It was concerning that Hill couldn't last for that long. We should've brought Gonsolin instead.

Roberts needs to stop doing his matchups and just play the hot players. I expect Freese and Martin to start and for Pollock to be stuck on the bench.

After thinking about this game a little more I think we were just unlucky. Dodgers wasn't expecting Hill to go that long and he got a couple calls go against him and got into the jam. I look at the homer Baez gave up. That was a good pitch and solid hit that for them left the yard. We had 4 hits that were harder than that that stayed in the yard. The got the bloops and the weird singles and even the homer. The rain and everything I'm chalking it up to the day wasn't ours.

As far as Roberts is concerned I honestly trust his call. He has stuck with his guys and his matchups all season and, to be frank, they have worked. I hate when teams start doing things that they hadn't done before. Personally I like Freese coming in late in the game cause the guy puts bat on ball when we need it most.

I have faith in the boys getting to Stras and then getting to that bullpen. It should be a great game that we take.

I'll respectfully disagree with you puffy on Roberts, I think he tends to overmanage and overcomplicate things too much with the matchups. It works well in the regular season, but playoff baseball is different and has a big luck factor. But there are controllable things, like top end talent (kind of similar to the NBA), that has recently pushed teams to win rings.

I don't think he managed the bullpen well in Game 4 when Maeda was hot and then decides to put in Urias vs. right handed batters. I do agree about 2 days ago, it wasn't our day and I have a feeling the team knew it as well. It's a mountain to overcome Scherzer and do a bullpen game.

Most important thing in today's game is a strong start. We have to avoid what happened to Darvish in Game 7 in the 2017 WS and what happened to the Braves today.

I get your criticism for sure. I can def look at the hindsight but truth is still the same Roberts has managed the team to the big game twice in a row. For me he earned his call. I can def see some things that I would of done differently. Like last game when nats had Taylor on 2nd and Rendone up I was screaming "walk him" and we didn't. In any case, I feel what you are saying.

I'll say it this way, I rather a manager make his choices and stand by them than to be reactionary. I think Roberts goes with what he and the coaching staff think is best choice without fear. I mean how many managers would play the 3 rookies who were all on base when Joc barely misses that line drive? I'm with you in this case we need to get them and put them away. No BS'ing. Get to Strass and get to him early. Nats do not want to go to their pen against us. Game time... LETS GO!

OK game time. I may chime in here during this game. Maybe change the Mojo.

I expect Walker to give us 6-7 scoreless innings tonight.

Rendone just showed the Dodgrs the balls will fly today. 1,23 for Walker. STL is waiting and watching. Lets show them what fire power looks like.

We need Bellinger and Seager to show up tonight. ALl the MVP talk is for nothing if Cody goes out with this series as the only one.

Damn I thought Joc was just 5 feet to the right from a homer.... but lead off double is a great start.

Last game I thought we did a better job of staying off the off speed stuff. We already looking better against Strass by not chasing. only 2 batters in

Bellinger is struggling. That outside curve for strike 2 hurt him.

Seager needed to sprint that one out. Haven't been a fan of him this series.
