Here's a piece by piece look at the LA roster... Net Rating (Positional Efficiency) Scoring / Passing / Hustle (Lookign for positive)(looking for 70+)(6.0+)(3+)(3+) ? Daniels -16 (49) 5.43/1.79/2.20 Kuzma -3 (65) 6.01/2.60/2.15 - very good scorer LeBron +11 (96) 6.61/4.19/2.60 - elite scorer, passer AD +16 (125!) 6.63/3.16/3.99 - elite scorer, excellent passer and hustle player LBJ and AD's net ratings are ridiculous, and they'd probably be three standard deviations above others at their positions. LeBron might be only two, but AD's is about as good as any I can recall in the last three years. AD's 125 positional efficiency is also ridiculous - maybe the best I've seen. James is no slouch. Kuzma is a volume shooter and is probably middle of the road as a SF in the league. Daniels is kind of a nightmare up top there, so you have to hope the Lakers are adding something. If Kawhi comes, you get another guy whose numbers are somewhere between LBJ and AD, and if you add Iggy, you get another guy whose overall numbers might not blow you away, but he's a massive upgrade as a defender.

So where do we actually stand now Caruso Green / KCP / Daniels /Horton-Tucker James / Dudley Davis / Kuzma McGee
I really thought we had a shot at Butler. I had no idea he just wanted to get paid and live in Miami. New starting 5 Rondo (sadly ) Green LeBron Kuz Davis
I think the playoff crunch time 5 is odds-on to be -point guard- Green LBJ Kuzma Davis And McGee depending on matchups. And honestly, it would likely be Rondo at this point. Some of you don’t like that but I don’t hate that lineup. Rondo is trash in the regular season but, with whats out there, he might have the highest ceiling in the playoffs.
I’d be better with that honestly, LeBron to AD and McGee for ally-oops all season. I’m just hoping like hell I’m wrong on Rondo, he would be one of the worst starting pgs in the league, if not the worst. McGee at C is also why I’d still go after cousins, we need a backup too, McGee can only play 25 mins or so.
I think Rondo is perfect for the bench, but I'd almost rather go non-traditional with the spot. Start Avery Bradley. We'd have 4 high level defenders in the starting lineup. Bradley/Rondo/Caruso Green/KCP/Daniels LeBron/THT Davis/Dudley McGee/ I hope we can also grab Morris and I'd take Boogie if no one else wants him. I also forgot about him, but Carmelo is probably still coming.
Korver will likely be an option too, but damn, we can’t have too many old guys on this roster, a lot of our guys now are into their 30’s. Add Rondo/Melo/Korver to that, starts getting dicey.
I too like Bradley, but I doubt Rondo will be happy having Bradley start in front of him. Kick rocks, I know. But that’s probably the truth.
I doubt we get Cousins now, if McGee wants to start. But I would love it. Need the depth for Load Managemnt days and the upside.
We need a big bodied post player to guard Embiid when we face them in the finals. Also need a young athletic wing defender.
