Sigh. The Lakers' future seemed like it was finally on an uptick winning 3 years ago and the MVPs for Lonzo and Kuz and then Hart last year. But nooooo .... look at us now.
Haha exactly... in the past summer league was the only league we were dominating...a sign of a true lottery team. When you get blown out by 20 every SL game...it means your SL team sucks...and that means you have had low draft picks which indicates a successful actual NBA season.
Courtesy of @CaCHooKa Man So after watching/dozing off through that game last night, I liked Roscoe Allen. The guy seems to know how to play. The only problem is he's not big enough to be a stretch 4 and he's not athletic enough to be a 2 or even probably a 3. I doubt he's an NBA guy, but there's something there. Cacok (sp?) played better as the game went on, but his decision making early was awful. Norvell has a really nice looking jumper, but everything else was flat. He also took some terrible shots. Joe Young is the new Vander Blue. Good and bad. Mathias has a really pretty jumper but otherwise I didn't see much else to be happy about. Perkins is Julius Randle lite. Reminds me a little of good ol' Derrick Caracter.
