    I really have no fear of another MozDeng situation. I know 2nd tier players are going to get overpaid, but Mozgov and Deng was pure stupidity, they weren’t even 2nd tier guys they were like 5th and 4th tier respectively. If we overpaid for guys that keep getting brought up like Brogdon, I could live with it, even guys like Beverly and Bogdanovic as a plan Z. They’re still good enough that they are going to be major contributors, not an anchor around our necks that never see the court.

    Honestly if that was our roster and JR was the 15th man or whatever, I wouldn’t complain at that point.

    they can rescind it if and when kyrie signs.

    when's the opt-out date? that's a big one for the butler situation. if he doesn't opt out, houston can basically get him for nothing a la cp3. if not, they basically have to gut the roster.

    I just found it very interesting, because if anything it feels to me like that’s a sign Durant isn’t going there. Kyrie and retaining Russ wouldn’t be a bad offseason.

    Stephen A said on SC that if Kawhi signs with the Lakers, Durant might re-sign with GS because that’d be his only shot to keep winning titles. Speculation, yes, but i thought it was funny how scared even the rumors of this has made the league. Clinton Yates was also hating on PTI today, when they referred to us as a possible superteam he went on to mock AD and say “#1 pick and 1 playoff series win”. Scurrred.
