I really want Brogdon to be a Laker next season, but he's a RESTRICTED free agent. It's going to take at least $15m or more to prevent Milwaukee from matching. One thing working in our favor is they have so many FA they have to try and re-sign, they might not be able to tie up money matching Brogdon's offer sheet.

You’d go hard after Danny Green. We would need some defense on the wing.

I love Vince, but I kinda hope he is able to go back to Toronto for his final season.

If no Kawhi 30day scenario, I'm looking hard at Hortford and P. Bev with the 24-27m in cap we would have.

I agree Hortford is looking for his last meaningful bag, so it will be a reach for him to consider us, but if no Kawhi, I'm looking at defensive bigs to double down on the longevity of our AD investment. If dude wanted to play at the 4 more than the 5, make sure you see to it.

BLo, DJ, Boogie, Valanciunas, Vuc are all other options...but I'm even considering this as long as Miami draft compensates us.

Way too much was made of the shooting narrative. I truly believe in the smashball approach. I want some dogs and I want some defense. If it's shooting, they have to be legit 3-D players. Defense is the way to go.

I’d love to have Pat. I’ve always wanted him or Lowry, because I’ve always been tired of them splitting our defense over the years.

Man EVERYONE is opting out...I think it's smart cuz everybody has cap space...and that's good for us for next summer if everyone pays this summer.

It's also good to have more players in the pool as well.

Half the league is moving, a FA, or trying to move. Gonna be a crazy summer.

And I believe he did say that his decision would be influenced by what Kawhi does. I.e, if Kawhi leaves then he probably does too.

I’m curious what kind of salary he’s expecting. Yes he’s coming off a championship where he was a starter and key roleplayer ... but at this point he is just a roleplayer and already 34 years old.

If we could get him for relatively cheap (between 5 and 10 mil), that could be a solid pickup. He can shoot the 3 well now and still a good defender.

Horford is probably looking for that last meaningful bag, but there's always that chance he's ready to finally win a ring as an impact player, and not as some geezer sitting at the end of a bench. You telling me he wouldn't enjoy the freedom that playing next to AD would allow him? Plus, if we could somehow poach him at a lower price, we'd be sticking it to the C Bags that much more.

moz/deng summer coming up...so many teams have cap space....this is why I don't think its realistic this summer to get cheap "good" role players
