Did you see Punk’s post regarding apathy? He won’t play like that with a solid team with solid coaching. And he surely wouldn’t in the playoffs when we are making a run for the championship. Who do you want dealing with that run, Caruso?

In the playoffs, when the game is on the line, Lebron will become our defacto pg anyway. Even in Cleveland, he was brining the ball up when Kyrie freaking Irving was on the roster. If we are signing AD and keeping Ingram, I'd make a run at Darren Collison and resign Caruso.
Rondo may have had some apathy. But you can be apathetic and not be dumb. When I'm apathetic at my job, I may not be motivated to try as hard, but I don't all of a sudden start surfing Pornhub in front of my boss.

We’re gonna need floor spacers and rebounders. Pre-illness McGee was playing at a high level, he can still start and get minutes with a solid role next to AD.

Bullock was one of the top catch and shoot three point shooters last year. I don’t think he got the chance to show that with the team we had to end the season. It was pretty much open scrimmage. Defensively he was mediocre, but I’d still take him.

You’re going to analyze him from a Portland series 2 years ago? I’m talking about how he will work out this upcoming season within a Lakers playoff run. I’ll take Rondo as a backup.

Rondo is awful - I wouldn't have him backing up, but I would pay him to leave town.

^^This.. Any player who punches CP3 in the face & buries the CBags on their Home Court with a last second buzzer beater, gets a lifetime Laker card IMO..

Who says we have to roll with Caruso? Caruso fills a specific need; more like a player who fills the back end of your roster on the cheap.

Why not go after Seth Curry? Or just a better fit for what we're trying to achieve here; Rondo is a turnstile defensively, and while he's improved from 3-point range, I still don't trust him from that distance.

There are better basketball players out there than Rondo...
