Yeah. Thanks for these man. Like @RonStu, I haven't been able to listen to much on it. Normally I can laugh through the pain with guys like Irwin, Harrison, etc, but I haven't been able to this week.
These podcasts are one of the main reasons I am getting through this crazy week with a laugh, they’ve kept it light, they’ve kept it real, but there’s still an undertone of optimism at the end of it all. With zero Laker playoff games for the whatever year in a row, this has been my main NBA entertainment outside of the actual NBA playoffs.
This is a good show, Matt Moore comes on to talk about how the Lakers are currently perceived from an outsider perspective, how he thinks top free agents see the Lakers vs teams like the Clippers and Knicks, what free agent would make us contenders, how this Lakers team would have done in the playoffs and more Silver Screen & Roll: Jas and Harrison talk LeBron recruiting FAs, how Kyrie would fit, the #4 pick
Locked on Lakers 5/27 Mailbag part 1: What is the best realistic case scenario for the Lakers this offseason?
Silver Screen & Roll: Sabreena and Harrison discuss the Lakers free agency backup plans, and which star are they most likely to get among other topics Locked on Lakers 5/28 Mailbag Part 2: Anthony and Harrison give an update on Pete (LFR) and answer fan questions Lakers Nation Newsfeed
Seems like everybody just makes crap up for material to talk about. I don’t believe for a second that talks about Bradley Beal have occurred
Locked on Lakers: Anthony and Harrison discuss the news of the day Silver Screen & Roll: Christian and Sasha discuss the ESPN article, what else Laker Film Room: Darius is joined by Aaron Larsuel of the official LA Lakers podcast to discuss the state or the Lakers (and that article..) https://player.fm/series/laker-film...etball/deep-dive-into-the-state-of-the-lakers
Locked on Lakers: Anthony and Harrison talk Anthony Davis and David Griffin meeting, and go into the Magic stuff from the Baxter Holmes article.
Silver Screen & Roll: The countdown to the 2019 NBA Draft -- and the unofficial deadline to get an Anthony Davis deal done -- is on for the Lakers. Harrison Faigen and Jacob Rude sat down to debate if the team could get a deal done
Locked on Lakers Mailbags Part 1 & 2: Locked on Lakers Tuesday 6/4: Pete Zayas returns! Anthony Davis trade discussion (and Jason Kidd talk ) Silver Screen & Roll: Harrison and Anthony reunite to discuss a(nother) busy day is Lakerdom, featuring trade rumors, coaching hires, and Kobe Bryant not being interested in, well, anything Lakers.
Thanks Trevor, I was just about to post this, missed the tweet this morning, but I check the libsyn site nightly to see if there’s a new pod up.
Most of these are like 35-55 minutes long, tops, less if you skip the ads. They fly by when you’re listening, and I think it’d be good for an antsy 18 year old to learn to sit and have some patience in this crazy world.
