4th is still amazing Biggest loser is Zion unfortunately, a bunch of football coaches are gonna throw away his career
Crazy. Those few minutes where we moved into the top 4 and had a chance at Zion were insane. Obviously moving up is huge for us no matter what, but not gonna lie in those few minutes I got spoiled. Wish we at least had top 3 or New Orelans didn’t get #1
So... If I was New Orleans and the Lakers offered Ingram, Lonzo, Kuzma and #4 pick for AD... that’s one hell of a good package to rebuild with considering you also get Zion.
poor zion that's the worst possible landing spot for him. team no one gives a **** about+surrounded by football people who don't care about basketball
I think this is huge. Pelicans now have a new star, they might be open to trading AD, and us having the #4 pick is huge in that. It could have been 12 and now it’s 4, HUGE difference. Only thing is we’d have to do a trade pre-draft or draft day, or there goes our free agent money. I trade this pick for someone though, nobody at 4 is gonna turn this team around, but it’s a huge trade piece, that is some fantastic luck on our part yet again.
Zo, Kuz, and Garland, gives them 3 starters and they're covered at 4 positions for the next decade if they can hold onto the guys. That's not a bad spot to be in.
Ingram & #4 pick for Davis is a great deal for AD is a great trade. Griffin should do it. Imagine if he's able to get Zion with his buddy RJ. Jrue RJ Ingram Zion Randle That's a great young starting 5
absolutely, HUGE! this is the first bit of good news in some time now -- hope we can capitalize and trade this pick and get some positive momentum goin...
I told you yesterday we were going to move into the top 4. I have my “sauces” and they taste like barbecue.
If Rambis opens his mouth at all regarding what happens with this pick, I hope someone gives him the Wolverine Origin Wade Wilson treatment.
Suddenly with this new asset there’s so many more options for the Lakers to outbid the C Bags if necessary. Worst case scenario it still helps the team, what if RJ Barrett falls to 4? He would still be a great fit with this current roster. We don’t have a natural starting shooting guard who’s a legit 3 point threat. He fills that need.
lebron leaves CLE=cavs get #1 OA pick in 2011 (and 2013 and 2014) cp3 leaves NO=pels get #1 pick in 2012 AD leaves NO?=pels get #1 pick in 2019
AD helps net us that FA fish and keeps Kidd away (won't take over if we're winning). Keep one of the kids (Zo, Kuz, BI) and I'm fine with it.
What are the league rules on making a trade involving a pick and deferring it until after the FA moratorium to give us cap space?
