It's all a matter of degrees. Some days before I workout I'm low on energy, so I might have a morning protein bar with a small amount of sugar. I'm not super strict, but with that bulletproof coffee I can usually wait until 12-1ish before I eat without any hunger or energy issues. I play table tennis a couple of days a week in the mornings for 4 hours on just the coffee with coconut oil + butter.
