We have only one more loss than the Warriors...:Brows:

You told me a month ago, that a month into the season we have 1 more loss than the Warriors, I would have taken it.

We're in great shape right now. Especially when you consider the growing pains we are currently experiencing.

warriors are hellbent on giving up HCA in the playoffs. it's like they're trying to make things tougher on themselves.

They are just tired and they are starting to have chemistry issues as well. They are not unbeatable. If we had an experienced, explosive scoring PG I'd say we could take them down in the playoffs.

It’s nice to see the Warriors struggle, but we know they’ll be there in the end if healthy. They’re struggling because Curry is out injured and Green has missed a few games too, which really makes Durant look bad if anything. Really shows what a weak move it was to join them, when he almost beat them on the Thunder. Then you see how vulnerable they looked against Houston last playoffs and you have to think Durant probably DOES beat them if he stayed in OKC. Makes me think he’s out of there at the end of the season, because it’s clearly Curry’s team. Really though, this is the Warriors 3-peat year, and that’s always the hardest one. It was for us in 2002, we almost didn’t make it multiple times, and the regular season was a slog of losing games we really shoudnt have because every team was gunning for us.

Uh..optimism, let’s see. We’re 9-7, in the 7th seed for the playoffs, within sight of the higher seeds, 7-3 in our last 10, and LeBron dropped 51 points like nothin. Tyson Chandler was such a huge pickup, we’ve lost one game with him here. I also don’t see how a team like the Clippers can keep up what they’re doing, there’s no way they and like Memphis don’t fall off and get replaced by probably Houston and maybe San Antonio.

Don't forget they still have Cousins waiting to get healthy. But yes, they look beatable right now, they don't have the depth they once had.

Just to add that I do agree with you guys, and yes - Kemba and especially Lillard would make us a championship caliber team. I know that people like talking about Kawhi and Durant and they are great, of course. But I really like the idea of a quality scoring PG who is also clutch. With Bron, Hart, and a great defensive center rotation... I can see us winning it all.

Young core has not even played well yet...but we're finding ways to win games and that LeBron guy is single handedly doing it for us on some nights.

I'm curious to see what happens when our young core actually plays welll....or maybe they won't and one or two of them get shipped out?

Kemba would look really good with this team probably...

Like I've said before, I like Kemba, but he would be either a rental or prevent us from getting Durant (if we resign him.

The next game should be an automatic win. I'm sure the Cavs will be motivated but they are just a crap team.

When I look past that, most games we should be able to come out victorious.

Utah isn't exactly a beast on the road and the rest of the games are against mediocre teams.

I think a nice little streak should be possible.

Instead of making a bunch of unnecessary one-year signings. with 4 players they should have kept Julius Randle. We sure could use his rebounding and hustle style of play right now. Orlando exposed us in the paint.

As much as I like Randle, he would have wanted money past this year and we wouldnt be able to sign a second big free agent this summer. Unless you think Randle is the piece that would have put us over the top.

or unless you doubted the arrival of the second piece via max FA slot...

i'm more annoyed about letting lopez walk for beasley. with randle, i'm annoyed they didn't trade him for something a year ago, when it was clear they hated him.

    oh wait...optimism...

in theory, we should put some wins together over the next couple of weeks. and we still have lebron.
