She was working for a sports television news station/channel that was tied closely to the team. She did that for a year. It was always her goal to be a sideline reporter and being one for the 76ers, a young up and coming team with the personality of Joel Embiid. Good for her!

She's worked hard over the years and it's paying off.

I think Beasley will be more useful than Lance . Beasley will kill backup centers on offense with his 1 on 1 skills .

Defensively we don't have rim protection for 33-36 minutes a game , I'm HIGHLY concerned about it .

Not keeping Lopez was a HUGE mistake and we're going to pay for it at least until December 15th

Dwight Howard as backup would have completed the Meme team.

Backup for the sake of Memes.

Pretty much agree....signing Stephenson and Beasley was basically pointless...we were already strong at the positions that they play normally...what we needed was a true back up (or starting?) 5. McGee is a starter for sure but there's a big drop off once he goes to the bench. Kuzma at the back up 5 is stupid...he needs to be at the 4 at all times...put LeBron or McGee in there at all times if Kuzma is out there. Kuzma and Beasley is a TERRIBLE idea for our frontcourt.

I don't mind Stephenson if he dials back his one on one play a few notches. He can play and create, but his he plays with his head down and doesn't move the ball. But I think his dynamic play could be crucial in spurts.

Beasley just doesn't fit for me. He's not a backup center, doesn't really do anything well except maybe spot up shoot, but he looks lost out there.

Strange Mo Wagner is still healing from his injury from SL, kinda worrisome it's taking so long to heal, but I imagine he'd be the perfect fit at the small ball 5. He's got good size, can shoot and run the floor, and hustles.

I'm rooting for Beasley. I feel like he's trying, especially on D, and I think he can give us some good effort. Lance just bugs me already. He's too much of a ball hog on offense. Maybe he'll get more team oriented. I somehow doubt it, though.

Not sure where to post this, but I’m just hoping that people weren’t actually playing to their 100% the last two preseason games and are kind of just coasting until the games start counting for real. Like I know Lebron is kind of in cruise mode (not worried about him), but not too sure about the others (Beas, KCP, etc).

I also hope to see Lonzo play a little before the season.

Lance is going to amaze us at moments, and irritate us at others.

Kuzma at 5...just STOP it Luke. This is a terrible idea and it's going to stunt Kuzma's growth if we keep trying this.

Also if he's in there with LeBron...do NOT have him guarding the other team's center!!

Looks like playing Kuz at the 5 will be this year's benching of Randle. Hope Luke figures that isn't a good idea sooner.

True, but what's the alternative until Mo gets back? It's Kuz or Beas unless Zubac decides to play well.

We still have an open roster spot.

I'd take a shot on Brandon Wright right now.

Unfortunately the ladder is going to win out with the majority of folks I feel. Folks are already a little bugged by his played and other than dribbling a little too much at time in the 2nd half of last night I think he's been real solid for us the first 2 pre-season games. The enthusiasm, hustle and personality are already a plus no matter what happens.

*Yes, I know this is the whine, moan, and complain thread*

Can't stand these new cream puff touch fouls on both sides of the ball.

lob threat, equally useless defending the post or rebounding, much better shot blocker and at least used to be pretty good at playing the pick and roll.
