I know. Lin is exactly what we thought him to be. A streaky player with a good amount of talent that wilts under pressure. Young needs to make sure that knee is ready for next season. Boozer needs to keep his mileage to a minimum at his age. Lin needs to keep from getting hurt before his free agent payday...These are all viable excuses.
Nail on the head. They think they've got something in Lin here. Maybe Lin has told them he's willing to take less money to stay here. I've got to admit he and Clarkson are doing well right now. I'm open to the idea as long as we've got a real leader on the team who can actually take over because Lin isn't the guy who is going to lead us to the mountain top... Really I'd prefer not to see him because I hate how cowardly he was early in the year, but... I get it. And if we pick Lin over Davis... Or if we pick both of them over a real contributor like Dragic or Monroe... This summer is looking both interesting and a little terrifying.
Mike Bresnahan ✔ @Mike_Bresnahan Here we go: Boozer said he was told by Byron he'd sit out "four or five games" along with Jordan Hill so the Lakers can evaluate young guys.
I've been following the last 30 minutes on ESPN Gamecast; yeah, tanking sucks; covering other crappy teams sucks, too.
^ i'm following on gamecast and Philly seems to really be locked in on tanking this despite their resurgence.
Philly's next 5 games: Denver, Clippers, Cleveland, Lakers, Washington Lakers next 5 games: Minnesota, Toronto, Brooklyn, Philly, NO So, without Boozer and Hill in the lineup that benefits us greatly; we'll probably make up some ground in these next 5 games; ideally, we lost the next 5 and end at worst tied for the 3rd worst record when it's all said and done over the course of the next week or so. I have this feeling we end up 3rd for some reason; call me crazy, but I think we can do it. Remember, 3rd 96% odds; I'll feel very confident lottery night.
He waits till Tuesday to say that... fantasy lineups lock on monday... Jordan Hill in there... *sigh*
lol, initiate with nerlens noel 40 ft from the basket, move ball to non-scoring threat pg who hits a cutter in heavy traffic above the foul line. just like you draw it up...if you definitely don't want to win.
You're crazy. I don't think Byron has it in him. Although I do like these new lineup juggling attempts he teases us with. And yeah why did it not start with Philly on Sunday.
