Can't wait to leave Roberson wide open for 3 and hack him for free throws.

Then try to see him "guard" Lebron as if he is some defensive savior they were missing last year.

    No chance.

I'm not upset by this, just think its funny and true. Especially with us who live in California.

Kwahi is more like a retirement account. Can't touch it yet without incurring steep penalties (losing young talent and assets) so we have to wait till the right time.

In our case, we're real close to the retirement, maturity age to be able to pull from that account (July 2019)

As long as people are leaving Houston, I'm happy.

I hope he got more than 5 million, because we could've used the guy

Honestly it wasn't a great fit here, but I just wanted him away from Houston.

Wow he took 4.3 million, we could've gotten him. Maybe we're saving the space for Leonard

I'm not sure Aldridge has any connections, but I sure hope he's right.

MaM had a dislocated shoulder and he pretty much is looked at as Houston's version of Roberson. I'm not too torn up over losing this guy to the cLips (personally I think anything that says Lakers with it now, is just a leverage ploy...seems like we're playing our cards close to the vest).

Out of the 5 man lineups Houston trotted out last season, in each lineup that played 50 or more minutes together, either MaM and/or Trev were a part of that lineup. They pretty much rotated between each other at SF and were paired to play next to PJ at 4.

In nearly all double digit net positives for the 5 man lineups, MaM was a part of those lineups.

When you think about what LA did this summer in bringing in ultra aggressive wing defenders that will hound the 3point line...that's exactly what Htown did against the dubs in the playoffs and were one win/Cp3 leg away from the finals. They lost that element this summer and with a disgruntled Capela, their run at the dubs may already be over.

At this point I don't see a scenario that we don't add another max player next year.

We’re deep at the wing now, Luc would’ve been a third stringer.

We need a starting capable center/small ball center, unless we plan to roll out with McGee/Wagner/Zu.

as i said earlier, he's really not a wing. he's been a pf for the past few years. we could have used him, but not as much as we could have used lopez. i'm glad houston lost him. i think they'll find it harder to replace ariza/luc than they think.

    Kemba is not elite.

Klay Thompson and Kawhi Leonard are the only elite players on that list. Honorable mention with Jimmy Butler.

What needs to happen is Brandon Ingram needs to turn into the second star with Kuzma being a year away from that. Then, if we cant get Klay or Kawhi, the second tier guys can fill in a roll like Kemba and Jimmy Butler.

Target Date Fund to me even more precise. Would have preferred to keep Randle so the Target Date Fund was a bit more diversified as indexing our youth would have been a safer strategy, but if you're going to gamble on some equities, #23 is a pretty safe gamble, granted he's pretty much large cap. Rondo is definitely small cap value.
