Boston is going to have to pay guys and their ownership group hasnt enjoyed paying big in the past.

Besides, this all is assuming we dont get Kawhi. At the stage we dont get Kawhi, we may end up sending a ton of money to Julius and filling in with lesser FAs.

^That's my assumption as well but Horford will likely take a lower salary just to stay where he is.

Wtf cap space does Denver have that they think they could sign Lebron?

They still haven’t unloaded any of their contracts and no ones gonna take them either.

From all the free agent singings last night, who do you really feel we missed out on?

Paulina? Seriously? Dudes softer than Dwight. Great contract tho, but definitely overpaid for a coward (who used his hometown to make us dump a quality guy like Nance...now ain't that a b****).

Cp3? Well half of y'all hate him and now his contract pays him more annually than the current Mvp...so worth it? Nope!

Joker? Great skilled big, but vastly overpaid and didn't get Denver a postseason bid.

DJ? I woulda liked to keep in a Kawhi cap holder deal. But Boogie had better upside (even with a torn Achilles).

KD? Dudes a cupcake and I'm convinced there's something in the Okc water that turns men into lil girls... Actually no, I've seen lil girls that are stronger...I don't know what the f*** these dudes are. Thank gawd our guy, John316, has a genetic mutation that makes him immune to the p**** transformative bull**** that goes on over there. How do both durantulame and paulina give Lacob and Bennett these discounts. If I'm Cp3 and Bron, on behalf of the players union, I'd be pissed. They fought for you guys with this current CBA and y'all still give the owners this type of tax break. Seriously, these dudes is hos getting pimped out by Joe and Clay.

Meanwhile the Lakers saved our cap space for dudes not wearing glass heels. Boycott their kicks for real...Nike should drop both these clowns.

Jokic is a stud. They had to lock that guy up. I don't like him, but he's very, very skilled.

I'd still have taken George. I'm upset with him because he's an idiot and he chose a worse situation than ours.

Durant was always a pipe dream.

The good/bad news for the Lakers for the FAs out there is that the Lakers are now cash rich in a depressed market. We have the opportunity maybe to lock up a couple of guys on great deals. If we can nab LeBron, we'll still have the ability to have a lot of cash free and we can maybe grab 2-3 really solid players at friendly prices. Targets for that:

Isaiah Thomas (sorry @Weezy ), Tony Parker, Elfrid Payton, Avery Bradley, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Luc Mbah a Moute, Brook Lopez, Derrick Favors, DeMarcus Cousins, heck maybe even an RFA like Aaron Gordon we take a big run at. Now we have an opportunity to nab a couple of these guys at a friendly price if we want to go that route. Good players on solid deals might be more valuable than cap space next summer if we can flip some of them for Kawhi at the deadline.

No clue what Dame meant by his tweet to be honest, but it was posted after the Ed Davis signing

Back to our yearly "in the mix" with everyone?
I'm kind of perplexed at our interest in big men, Randle insurance? I feel like we should be going after guards, a little thin in that department.

Looking at Larry Coon’s salary spreadsheet for the Lakers just gives me the chills when I see Deng’s f***ing contract. We need a clean break from that Jimmie/Mitch era!

There's not a great guard market in FA right now.

McGee makes a little more sense to me than Amir Johnson.

They are looking for a rim/protector, rebounder, ally-pop threat. IMO.

It makes sense. Probably better to bet on McGee than a kid who might take a while to get to McGee (Mitchell Robinson).

The problem is that golden state players always seem to take paycuts which is lame for the competition. It's legal cheating as extra bonus for being the overwhelming favorite.

    Kudos to them though.
