If George spurns us and CP3 is available, I’m pretty confident we’d go after him.

Byron Scott has been going on about us adding Lebron and CP3 for a while, and I feel like he gets inside scoops from Magic.

My only hope is that if Houston doesn’t offer super max, then Paul leaves out of spite over the betrayal but doesn’t necessarily expect that money elsewhere.

Wouldn't be mad at Paul on like a 1-2 year deal. (If George stays in OKC)

That team fights for MAYBE the 6th seed. More likely the 7th or 8th.

I guess Melo wasn't digging the information OKC was giving him to make the "most informed decision" on his ETO.

    Also...

Why stop there? Let’s make a big 3. There’s one other star free agent out there we can add to the mix.

I would still be excited that an overall young team could fight for a 6th spot and once getting in, see exactly how everyone has come along and what they do Vs a higher seed.

Believe we took GSW to two OT games last year... And that was with worse circumstances and personnel.

Anyways it's just all out of fun and games that were in a NO LOSE situation...but it is a moot point cause Lebron and George are coming :) lol. Maybe we make a deal at the trade deadline.

CP3 for the room exception? LOL.

I don't like guy the either, but who can say no to Lebron, PG, and CP? Even if CP gets hurt, we're still good.

My hate for CPDouche is on the level of Sirron’s hate for LeBron. And just a notch below the C Bags. Seriously.

I don’t think CP would take a MLE level deal just to spite the Rockets. I think they figure it out and he takes a full 5 year deal slightly less than the max (30 mil a season instead of 35 mil).

For backup PG I’d take Jack, Sessions, Chalmers, Parker, Lawson, Carter-Williams, Felton, Larkin, and maybe even Seth Curry and Barton over IT.

The only one that is actually better than IT there is probably Parker? Larkin maybe if he's healthy? Seth is terrible. Jack, Sessions, Chalmers, and Felton are all cooked. Carter-Williams... I don't actually know what happened to that guy.

I didn’t say they were better than IT, I said I’d TAKE them over him. They’d come for the minimum, they’d play backup minutes, and they don’t do stupid things like dribbling into a double team trap, jump to pass, lose the ball and fall down. I don’t want IT back at any cost is the point I was trying to emphasize, dude can’t guard his shadow.
