Marc Stein took over for the void of Woj going to ESPN.

Doncic to Dallas is happening. Dallas and hawks trading picks.

First two picks went exactly as expected. Bagley is exactly the kind of kid the Kings get: wild talent that needs coaching and leadership.

And we know he won't get coaching and leadership up there.

Ayton to the Suns, Kings getting Bagley and now the Mavs getting Luka.
    West keeps getting stronger.

Great trade there for the Hawks. Net an extra first just to move down two spots? Wow. The player they get at 5 could very well be as good as Doncic.

Smith/Doncic is a solid backcourt, but already one that I'm not afraid of.

That’s a good trade for Dallas, I think Doncic is gonna be really, really good. As for Trae Young, I don’t know, that’s pretty high. He’s not Steph Curry just because he shoots from 30 feet. Steph was a killer in college, where Young is pretty small and got beat up the 2nd half of the college season.

So what if Orlando takes Trae at 4? Atlanta stuck with Luka? Lol

Dallas will definitely go after a C or PF in free agency now

Trae Young led the NCAA in scoring and assists. He's a stud. I don't know if he's better than Luka, but he's worth Luka and a 1st for sure in my opinion.

Baze's name was floated and with Trae heading to ATL, we know Shroeder will get his trade demand met.

I try everything to get a conference call with the Hawks and Spurs and see what's there to make all parties happy.

Btw: Kinda annoyed not contracts were involved in the trade. We need some type of precedence other than dummy Mitch's deal for Moz, so that we understand what the market looks like for a Dengdump.

They are reportedly already targeting Cousins very heavily.

I know he’s very good, but I watched a LOT of his games this season, and he’s too small. As soon as they started throwing double teams at him he struggled hard, and when his 3 wasn’t falling he still went to the hoop with a lot of success, but he also took an Iverson-like beating in there. He’s too skinny and maybe a little too short. He will be solid, but not top 5 pick good IMO.
