    lakers' MO of late has been to shock the hell out of us with their late firsts and second rounders. i expect them to take someone they've worked out that isn't on our collective fan radars.

    If Dallas was smart, they would draft him at 5 unless they want to get DeAndre'd again and left out to dry.

    Dallas isn't smart. They gave Harrison Barnes a max deal after he missed every open shot during the Warriors 3 game collapse to the Cavs in 2016. They are as dumb as Mark Cuban's face and lower forehead.

    If Huerter and Donte are still on the board and we draft Mitchell anyway I'll be a little pissed. Even though our drafting team has no need to explain themselves in how well they've done their jobs the last few years.

    This is a NY writer by the way so not even sure how plugged in he is..

    He got so rich so quick though. And was first out there with HD Net when all us first adopters were going crazy for 1080P programming. What the hell happened? Was/Is he not all that good of a basketball mind in the first place? Didn't hire good GMs or hired them and then went with his gut instead? Honest question. The guy is obviously smart.
